Don't waste your money!

Arrived in time and had prior communication with tour operator via my booking confirmation. Once we arrived i was told they couldn’t find our booking, but they took the details and said they would find it and we could board. After about 10mins they approached my husband first and asked him to come off the boat as they had an issue with the ticket he advised them i was the one with the details so they should speak to me, i believe the harshness & rudeness they spoke to my husband was due to his race! They then approached me & my 4 year old and asked us to step off the boat! I was again asked about the booking for which i again showed the ticket and advised i had paid for which there reply was well not via us directly and therefore thats not there issue! The customer advisor was rude and unprofessionally! Eventually they said it was there issue and we could board, no apology of anything! Ruined the whole trip and will never use them again. I certainly wouldn’t recommend them either!

The tour delivers the promises, we saw both dolphins and whales from the deck and from the glass bottom. The only minus was that it was a bit overcrowded on board and it was hard to get a good spot to watch and take photos. The guide seemed knowledgeable and spoke a few languages but I found it quite difficult to understand her english. Overall, I think it might be better to invest a bit more and opt for a smaller boat with less people on it.
