Cruise stop

Long periods of time listening to music. Could have been giving more information about country/ -education, government, culture etc. So many English speaking people- nice have a brochure in English. Got on first bus of morning- it was on time. Clean, staircase to upper level was easy to climb.

Not a half day tour

The guide was very friendly and informative and we learned a lot about Toledo. We signed up for the half-day tour which is a misnomer as the tour company only offers a full day tour. The difference between the two is that one includes a cathedral tour and the other one doesn't . I thought that we would be brought back after the half day tour but we just had free time while the others were in the cathedral. They should be upfront about this as I probably would have signed up for a different tour if I had know how long this was, especially with all of the "free time" that we had.

Good tour!

I was concerned about availability after reading reviews but we were the only ones on the bus initially. We waited 30 minutes to fill it up a bit then ran the route. Nice tour, saw wonderful landmarks & the city! We stayed on rather than getting off. Driver’s time was a bit loose so rather than not getting back on, we just stayed on! Our tour as nothing like the reviews. We did get on around 10:30- 11 rather than 9:30.

Refund requested over hour wait for bus.

When there are 3 ships in port it is impossible to get on the bus if you have to wait for over an hour. We are both over 80 years old and use walking aids. We would like a refund please.
