If your accommodation is in the metropolitan area of Santa Cruz and La Laguna, you will be picked up at your accommodation or at the nearest location. If you are coming by cruise, the meeting point is the Clock Tower of the Cabildo of Tenerife, which is clearly visible from the cruise dock. You just need to head to the city center. It’s a walk of about 5 to 15 minutes, depending on where the ship is docked. "Pickups for customers outside the metropolitan area." This is the meeting point for customers coming from outside the pickup areas. It will be the shopping center located directly across from the bus station and vehicle parking. Not additional fee. Pickup in the south of the island has an additional fee. Please check the price and areas. Pickup in the north of the island has an additional fee. Please check the price and areas.

A “rocky” day

Angel, our guide, taught us a lot about the formation of the island and its volcanoes. The scenery is amazing, but if you don’t like heights, this trip might not be for you. Our bus driver did an excellent job in navigating the curvy and narrow roads.

The excursion was very good. We really enjoyed it. We would like to let others know that the meeting point was not as close nor was it viewable from our ship, as the instructions indicated. This is due to the fact that our ship was not docked where other ships usually dock. We managed to find the clock tower, thankfully, with plenty of time to spare. Our guide, Angel, was awesome!

Great way to see the highlights of Tenerife in a day. Angel was a fabulous tour guide--full if knowledge, fun, and engaging. We really enjoyed the small group as opposed to being on a large bus. Seeing Teide National Park is a must.

Angel was absolutely amazing! He took us to areas that were breathtaking. We were able to experience fabulous landscapes with incredible views. We were also to climb up some rock formations and take a walk on “the moon!” Angel was attentive to assure that we were enjoying our day and had enough time to experience what we came to do. No cruiseline excursion could ever match what we did. With a van, we were able to navigate the small streets to get to more places.

Picked up by Angel at the cruise port right on time. A great tour (6+ hrs) leaves you wanting to return for more. You need a knowledgeable guide to explore the national park of Teide which Angel provides. The photo opportunities are plentiful. The trip to and from the park was filled with interesting stops and lots of information.

The guide and driver were good, the. Guide spoke good english and was informative. The car was smaller then advertised, but it was ok. The tour itself was well worth the money. Stopped for lunch at a local restauraunt wwith local menu. Quite interesting

An sich ein guter Ausflug, leider hatten wir auf der Tour etwas Pech. Der Treffpunkt ist zentral und nach kurzen Richtungsfrage am Check out gut zu finden, Guide war punktlich da, hatten einen großen sauberer Bus für kleine Gruppe, sodass jeder einzeln sitzen konnte. Wetter war wechselhaft aber gut, mit viel Sonne vor allem am Tiede, Aussichten waren specktakulär. Nun zu den "aber" bzw. Pech: zum Treffpunkt muss man ziemlich lange laufen, gute 15 min vom Schiff muss man schon einplannen, wenn man nicht total abgehetzt ankommen will. Abholung durch Bus war um 15 min verspätet, da der Bus anders stand als der Guide und die beiden erstmal zu einander selbst finden mussten ツ. Unsere Guide war nett aber etwas lustlos, sprach zudem leider sehr schlecht deutsch, man musste sich richtig anstrengen um sie zu verstehen und dann hat man nur die Hälfte verstanden. Auf den Rückweg vom Tiede-Berg war vor uns ein Autounfall, der die enge Straße blockiert hatte, der Bus konnte nicht wenden und wir saßen für fast 1 Stunde 20 fest bis alles geräumt wurde. Dadurch fielen 2 letzten Punkte des Programm aus. Wir kamen aber trotzden pünktlich am Schiff an.
