Boat was old & dirty. Crew was nice. Description said we would go fast we did not. A slow cruise the whole 3 hours. We did see pilot whales.

Wow many thanks for your review. We will inform the crew of your comments and investigate. This is very unusual that someone would find this 5star boat dirty. All boats have a legal speed limit in the waters. This is also in place to protect the wild life which is very important. We are pleased you got to see the whales. It is a super day out.

We had a fantastic time on this trip. We saw whales and dolphins and had a dip in the sea to snorkel.
The food was excellent and the staff were informative and friendly. They really made an effort to ensure we had a good time. Would highly recommend this experience.

This was one of the most incredible experiences I've ever done. There was so much variety - we saw whales, dolphins, a sea turtle, we swam in the ocean, and were kept refreshed and entertained the whole time. I can't recommend this trip enough.

Brillaint trip with an epic Captain (as you can see from the photos!)
First we did 90 mins or so going up and down the coast, and saw a pod of pilot whales and a school of dolphins
Then we had a stop for swimming, snorkelling and lunch.
Plenty of juice / wine / beer all throughout the trip - juts helped yourself from the big coolers
100% recommend !!

Wonderful chilled out trip. Not overcrowded boat with a happy helpful crew. Nice change from the other overcrowded tourist trips. Good lunch and extended swim spot. Pricey but well worth it for the chilled out atmosphere.

Nice boat, delicious lunch- chicken, rice and salad. We found pilot whales early on in the trip and a brief glimpse of a turtle. A chance to snorkel in a Quiet bay. Comfy, relaxing tour.

Loved this boat ride, the boat was lovely, big and spacious loved the back seats so comfortable and relaxing boat ride. Tour guide was excellent and so nice, made us feel welcome. Seeing dolphins and turtles was amazing. Tour guide very knowledgeable. Food was so nice as well, I would highly recommend this boat ride. Thank for your service.

Our guide was fantastic - very knowledgable and fun! Saw whales almost immediately and was able to spend lot of time photographing and watching. Cava and beer was free flowing as were soft drinks and we had a lovely amount of time snorkelling! Chicken, salad and rice were also lovely! We would highly recommend this trip and also any trip with Viator as have used them a few times now! 😊

Our family loved this trip and enjoyed being out on the water. Our children rated the trip as one of their favorite activities of our vacation. 3 hours was the perfect length of time for the cruise. We saw whales, had lunch and swam at a little beach. We also enjoyed meeting other people. The boat crew were excellent. I recommend this trip!

Didn't get to the rib, despite having a ticket and confirmed booking from viator, we discovered from the local agent that the boat was overbooked. Had to accept an inferior excursion. Appalling communication from Viator, would never use this company again.

Many thanks for your review. We are sorry to hear about your experience. Yes on rare occasions boat sells out and bookings cross over while we are updating the availability. It is recommended to book in advance. However an alternative trip was offered which was accepted. Clients in this case are offered an alternative boat, change of day or a full refund. A refund is in process for the price difference and takes 3/5 workings days.
Again we are sorry for the inconvenience and that you did not enjoy your trip on the lovely catamaran.
Please do enjoy the rest of your stay here in Tenerife.

The handsome two chaps.. were very good at looking after everyone. It would have been good to have tried to find dolphins though.. lunch served at 11 .25 was a touch early..but Cava was chilled.

Great boat trip, limited people are taken on the boat and makes for a better experience 👍
Lovely food and unlimited drinks, stopped at a lovely cove for swimming and snorkeling, also got to see a few dolphins and a large group of pilot whales.

The only enjoyable experience was seeing the pilot whales, as the crew were rude and excluded us from the conservation as they were with Spanish tourists. And when we stopped for the swim and food they ate some fish in cream sauce pre packed and then they offered us cold rice and a bread roll which had been on the boat from the morning as we saw the boat arrive back and no fresh food was taken on board. Drinks were of cheap quality.

Many thanks for the review. This sounds very unusual of the crew. Spanish together are very chatty and friendly. The boat never serves fish, this must have been brought on by the guests not issued by the crew. There are no places on the boat for food to be cooked fresh and yes it is brought onboard in thermal containers ready for your lunch break. The boat also serves chicken and potatoes. However we are sorry to hear this trip was not to your liking and we do wish you a very happy time in Tenerife.
