Double decker so sit up top if possible. I prefer 4th row back so no glare from windshield up top. But if sensitive to wind, then take first couple of rows uptop. Had 2 short stops to get off and take amazing photo of sun setting behind Sydney Bridge with Opera House in foreground; and Sydney skyline from under Sydney Bridge on far side. Good narration by guide.

Location of pick up point was unclear and difficult to locate. The guide microphone was poor and she was difficult to understand.

It was ok. I struggled with what rating to give it honestly. This 90 minute tour was good to see sights of the city from the bus, but I didn’t learn anything new that I couldn’t get in other ways. The bus came a little late to pick us up, the microphone has a lot of static, sometimes to the point that you couldn’t hear what the guide was saying. There were 2 places we could get out and take photos. This was the one thing on the tour I liked however, they were easily accessible places I could have gone to on my own. Overall, it was what it is listed for, but I would be good not to do it again.

An excellent opportunity to see the city at sunset. It was especially nice because the city was setting up for old years eve the next day. I fortunately this meant the bus couldn't go to all the stops. Both the driver and the tour guide were most apologetic.

No clear instructions of where to pick up the ticket. No ones there especially in the early evening tour. Difficult to locate bus stop and no signs. We went to the ticketing but closed. Do not buy an advance pass. You will not get a refund!!

To us, this tour was not worth the money. The tour guide was nice and had many interesting things to say, but the quality of the sound through the earbuds was distorted making it difficult to understand and appreciate all of his great information he had to share. It was very disappointing.
He was good at keeping the tour moving, and did a great job with taking pictures of us on our phones.
It would be worth it if they fixed the quality of the sound.

Tour guide was very informative and entertaining. The tour was great overall! It was a bit cold being on the open deck but definitely worth it for the amazing view and experience. I was initially confused by the earphones but then quickly understood why we needed them when he started talking and I couldn’t hear what he was saying due to the wind 🤣

I downloaded the app and it said to go to a different address due to the traffic. I went there because it also said I must pick up the physical ticket. I went to Big Bus Sydney Tours Booth 3 East Wharf as it stated. Nobody was there to help me. The window was fully closed and locked up. I contacted the company and nobody would answer to help
I was also given multiple wrong confirmation number to put in the app that I had to download to ride this bus. I spent way too much of my time on something that could have been so simple. I just wanted to ride and bus and look at the lights. Way too much to read and do and NO HELP.

Tour guide was very nice. But the driver sucked very very bad he hit a tree. Broke the front upper window made glass spray all
Over me and my wife and did not seem to care to much. The tour guide ended up cleaning the glass off of us
