Absolute fantastic tour of everything from the harbour. Very relaxing and informative. The premium package which includes a drink and cheese plate is very good value and the perfect thing to enjoy while enjoying the view.

Viator app is poor wouldn’t deliver tickets through the app. Had to get tickets through the vendor at the wharf. Cruise was cut short due to late arrival

The commentary is through one’s phone so you need to download the app and have ear plugs - not ideal and inconvenient.

Food wasn't like the photos in the app. The ship is quite good, however no shade upstairs and little seating which is very disappointing and no commentary unless you use your phone.

Great cruise around the harbor except if you sat inside you could not sit by a window unless you also purchased food. In addition ear buds should have been supplied to listen to the commentary on the app.

OK experience of the harbor. Opted for the “premium” package with a glass of wine and cheese board, which was average. Tour started 10-15 minutes late because the boat was back late and blocked by another of their vessels. But ended on time, which means we cut out 10-15 minutes of the harbor tour. The phone app (only way to hear about the sites) was glitchy, took forever to load, and they didn’t tell you about WiFi unless you ask. By the time we were able to set it up, we already were past the first few harbor points. Maybe worth the US$50/person price, and fair way to see the harbor in 90 minutes…

What a relaxing way to view Sydney. The experience allowed us to see the Opera House from all views and we were able to get some spectacular pictures of many iconic landmarks. The tour was organized, the snacks were delicious, and we had a great time.

ABSOLUTELY RELAXING! Download the app to learn about the sites you pass. Nice lil charcuterie board with bread and crackers. The sparking wine and beer were nice. Great 1 1/2 hours!

Beautiful ship. Right in time! Only negative, those working on our level seemed very impersonal for the most part. Workers were scurrying around getting the cabin prepared for what looked like a large party clanking silverware and plates, etc.

Simple comfort, Relaxing style in a Deluxe fashion. Enjoyment in viewing Sydney on the water, open space, viewing fleeting sails as they go by and sipping a beverage while snacking on canapes.

The cruise arrived 15 minutes late. We we hearded aboard to the top deck. There wasn't a live talk and there was no explanation that you needed to download an app to get sight information. The app worked only fairly well. The cruise ended a little early so it was not the 1.5 hours that was booked. I would recommend a harbor cruise as the sights are worth seeing, just not with the company I booked with.

The cruise was on time and the boat was very nice. Unfortunately, the app they used for the narration of the tour never completed loading, so was unable to listen to any of the community.

The chucuterie cheese board was the best. I had pale ale for my drink which was fantastic. My husband had a burger and fries and lager. Also delicious. A full view of Sydney opera house, wonderful!
