Kudos to Anna; Bus driver needs coaching

Our tour guide Anna was amazing. She was super helpful and accommodating, and I love how she provided information of the places we went to. On the other hand, the bus driver on our way to Thredbo (can't remember his name) was quite obnoxious and one time spotlighted me and my siblings, posing a question to us in front of everyone on the bus about how we did not want our family members to be separated and leaving another family with a child not to be sited together, and also citing his personal incident that he did not want his kids to be sexually harassed being apart from him and indirectly suggesting we were condoning the same situation if we did not move. It was frankly unacceptable and embarrassing and honestly ruined what would have been a great start into the trip. It was not our fault for being early and on time to find good seats on the bus, and the driver could have handled the situation in much much better way.

The idea is a good one, sitting on the coach uncomfortable and cold isn’t. Arrival in Thredbo too early, nothing open nowhere warm to sit and 1.5hr wait for tickets and lifts to start. The skiing was great, we loved that part. Dinner stop too short. Drivers and guides were lovely.
