Overview

Enjoy a typical Alsatian meal alongside a tasting of five different wines from the estate. The meal is served in the wine cellars themselves, and includes dishes you may never have heard of, such as kougelhopf (a circular cake with a hole in the middle), and a sort of Alsatian yogurt. Discover the history of winemaking and see the traditional wooden barrels in convivial company.

The most creative and beautiful wine tasting experience

Fantastic experience! Tastings and movie first about the winery’s operational side and how they make their wine then a beautiful show on the barrels in the cellar on the winery’s history. Unbelievable imagery and so creative!!! Delicious lunch and more wines follow.

Informative and emotionally delightful. We learned about the wines of the region and this vineyard in particular. Our winery tour was followed by a very delicious lunch; each course was served with a wine that complimented the dish.

Superb experience watching a film on the history of the winery. The meal was just lovely; it ended with another film which was also quite well done. Our guide was very well informed on the Alsatian wine district, the grape varieties, the production and storage timeframes. And the wines! We noticed a picture of this winery’s label on a restaurant menu in Strasbourg.

wine tasting is good; interesting heritage and history, food choices not given , just served the meat pie ( which is nice) but I was hoping to be given choices. wine place open for lunch; much more choices so maybe can give viator guest 2 choices of main course to choose from? Should at least have tobasco sauce in the restaurant setting as well; since guest come from all over the world. Bought the pinot gri; it was good; at Eur 13/ bottle to bring home

Thank you for your comment. The chosen formula is key in email with a well-defined Alsatian formula that is well described in the description of the experiment. For info, we also have vegetarian formulas, picnic and tea time bookable online... You could also only book the tour and eat on-site à la carte. We have a very wide range of experiences... I wish I could leave more than 5 stars. We had such a great time. Claire was a wonderful host and taught us a lot. The wines we tasted were fantastic, and I bought 6 bottles to bring home. The lunch was delicious, and the portions were quite big. If you're ever in the area, this is the wine tour you want to do.

Nous sommes venus avec nos deux enfants (10 et 14 ans), toute notre famille a passé un moment formidable. Personnel accueillant, agréable et pédagogue. La visite est interractive et immersive. Nous avons pris la formule avec repas, nous nous sommes régalés et les vins sont excellents. Très belle expérience je recommande les yeux fermés.
