Maison ZEYSSOLFF is one of the few wineries in Alsace with some century-old oak casks, each with a capacity of 10,000L, still in use for the vinification of its wines. Its greatest curiosity is the ZEYSSOLFF barrel, made in 1897 for the Paris Universal Exhibition (1900). This barrel is still in use today. The immersive experience, with projections on the barrels and sound work, is unique in France. Children are welcome on the tour, which is suitable for everyone. A piece of Alsatian gingerbread is gifted to you, and you'll leave with a bottle of home-made mulled wine! Most of our wines are organic certified.

Then place to creativity and become a mixologist for a day: you will compose your own wine-based cocktail, playing with aromas, fruits, spices... To close this experience in a warm and relaxed atmosphere, your creations are tasted around a small gourmet meal, thought to accompany and enhance your cocktails.

Our first stage will take you to Bergheim, a superb village on the wine route, which conceals many wonders hidden in the heart of its medieval walls. You will then have the opportunity to visit the charming town of Ribeauvillé, former stronghold of the Lords of Ribeaupierre. After a visit to Hunawihr and a photo stop in front of its famous fountain, you will go to a local winemaker to taste traditional Alsatian wines. Take advantage of the lunch break in the village of Riquewihr, one of the best known in the region, in particular for its privileged location, in the heart of the vineyard.
