While the driver was timely with his pick up
Time, the 14 passenger van was not a comfortable ride. The A/c was not fully operational to the point where he had to turn it off while going uphill. This left the back two rows
Of ppl to roast. We cut the trip very short and returned to the cruise ship after 90 min at the beach. Definitely not what I signed up for

Our customer relations team did speak with you during your visit, and no concerns were raised at that time. Had we known, we would’ve done our best to address the issue immediately.

This tour was amazing, fun, and very fulfilling! We stopped at 3 different spots with gorgeous views and then headed to Magen's Bay with more than enough time to enjoy this beautiful beach, and a delicious burger right on the beach. Can't wait to go back to St. Thomas. This was my 4th time in this wonderful and unique island! People here are very nice and kind always!

the Beach is BEAUTIFUL! Definitely go see the beach, but just take a taxi. Not worth the extra expense of the tour. Not the tour guides fault, he was nice. But, we had to ride all the way to the airport, opposite side of where we were, to pick up other people.
That only left 1.5 hours at the beach.

We were very lucky with this tour as we were the only two to have booked the 9am tour. We therefore had a 22 seater open bus to ourselves and a personal tour from our driver Hamlet who was very friendly and knowledgeable. It was a nice day and the stops at the viewing points were excellent with our own guide to point out all the places of interest. We were also able to decide ourselves how long to have at the beach whereas with a full bus I believe all the bus needs to agree a pickup time as you are dropped off. The beach was great and really quiet when we first arrived. There were only two ships in port that day and by 12 it was very busy. We would recommend the lounge chair hire for 7 if you are staying a while, although they were a bit heavy to carry or drag very far up the beach. The only downside was the joining instructions on our voucher which were quite vague. They said our tour was at 9am but that we needed to ring up to arrange a pick up. The voucher didn't tell us where we should be As we were on the cruise that would not have been easy or cheap.... We thought it may be like other tours we have been on where you are transported from hotels etc to a central hub where the your leaves from. We got off the ship in plenty of time and a really helpful port security officer rang the company for us. I spoke to a lady who then rang the driver who came to pick us up early. She also made sure that the security officer knew who the driver would be. Everything worked out great but a bit confusing if the security man had not been so helpful.

It was a nice tour but Viator didn't manage it well. We got an email notification asking us to meet the driver at 10:30am, but the driver got a notice to meet us at 11am which is the original tour start time. The driver was delayed by traffic for 15 min. Thus, we waited 45 minutes under hot sun with two young kids. The trip would have been much better if Viator managed to have the driver arrive on time.
