For tours departing St. Thomas, we are located at Sapphire Beach Marina on the dock in Slip #N28 right next to the jet skis. PLEASE AREIVE AT LEAST 15 MINUTES EARLY, THE BOAT WILL LEAVE AT THE SCHEDULED DEPARTURE TIME.

Arrive at the Sapphire Beach Marina on St. Thomas at least 15 minutes before the slot you’ve booked. Fill out the waivers, listen to the safety briefing from your captain, then board the boat. Your group is a maximum of 12 travelers, meaning there’s not too much waiting for your turn, and full safety equipment is provided.
Enjoy 8–10 minutes of parasailing, gliding and ballooning through the air as the boat whizzes across the water and you look down over the blue Caribbean and the green Virgin Islands. Once everyone on the boat has experienced their ride, the boat returns to the dock.

We had an amazing parasailing experience in St. Thomas! Jack and Max were fantastic guides—super friendly, clear in their instructions, and they made us feel completely safe the entire time. The vibes were great from start to finish, with fun music, easy conversation, and plenty of laughs. They even took photos and videos for us on our phones, which was such a nice touch. The view of the islands was incredible! We had an absolute blast and would definitely recommend this activity to anyone visiting St. Thomas. An unforgettable experience!

What an amazing smooth experience! Our taxi driver took us the wrong direction initially where we would have missed our time frame, but the parasail organizer stayed in touch with me, asked for updates, and insured that we were able to go out on the rescheduled time so that we would not be delayed returning to our cruise ship. The team was very professional, knowledgeable, and comforting with this being my first time parasailing. My only regret is that my daughter did not request photographs or video because she was terrified initially, so I guess I'm going to have to do it again soon LOL!

Person over the phone was very rude regarding us being late having a hard time finding the location. I guess our boat left us, so they were going to charge us $40 per person to get on another boat after spending $230. Understandable. But, considering our frustrations on finding the place as tourist he wouldn’t accommodate us and issued a refund after I agreed to pay the $40.

The first time you ever reached out to us was nearly an hour after your trip departed, because you had just arrived at the location. You were extremely rude to me over the phone yelling at me that your trip left without you, and I ended up refunding you against our policy because I didn't want your attitude to effect other guests on another trip you would have been rebooked on.

Sooo much fun. The excursion guides were warm, welcoming and knowledgeable. Although it was my first time, i felt completely safe and it was so smooth once you were in the air. I felt completely secured and the views were amazing. 10/10

First time parasailing and loved it! If you do not want to spend extra money on photos or video (that they take) just bring a water pouch for your phone as only your feet get wet when they dip you in! They do sell the pouches as well.

Sapphire beach has a mobile trailer as the restrooms near the marina. There is a shower but you need tokens. You can pay to get a go pro and film your experience or have pictures taken of you or buy a waterproof phone case to wear around your neck and use your own camera. The guys were charismatic and took safety serious.

I got to the spot literally 3 mins after 3 o clock and the guys was like the boat Left. No where does it say that there is not even a 5-10 min buffers: I had even been texting lol afternoon and Keeping them updated. Called them too. Do NOT recommend

This review is not accurate. You arrived about 10 minutes after the departure time, which we ask you to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled departure. There was never any call or text, until after you arrived late. I offered you another time to go based on our rebooking policies but you declined and screamed profanities at me on the phone. We apologize that you feel we should have waited however it is not fair to keep other guests waiting.
