For tours departing St. Thomas, we are located at Sapphire Beach Marina on the dock in Slip #N28 right next to the jet skis. PLEASE AREIVE AT LEAST 15 MINUTES EARLY, THE BOAT WILL LEAVE AT THE SCHEDULED DEPARTURE TIME.

Arrive at the Sapphire Beach Marina on St. Thomas at least 15 minutes before the slot you’ve booked. Fill out the waivers, listen to the safety briefing from your captain, then board the boat. Your group is a maximum of 12 travelers, meaning there’s not too much waiting for your turn, and full safety equipment is provided.
Enjoy 8–10 minutes of parasailing, gliding and ballooning through the air as the boat whizzes across the water and you look down over the blue Caribbean and the green Virgin Islands. Once everyone on the boat has experienced their ride, the boat returns to the dock.

We had an amazing parasailing experience in St. Thomas! Jack and Max were fantastic guides—super friendly, clear in their instructions, and they made us feel completely safe the entire time. The vibes were great from start to finish, with fun music, easy conversation, and plenty of laughs. They even took photos and videos for us on our phones, which was such a nice touch. The view of the islands was incredible! We had an absolute blast and would definitely recommend this activity to anyone visiting St. Thomas. An unforgettable experience!

Steven and Max were great hosts. Smooth boat ride and easy instructions for parasailing and safety. Good amount of time in the air parasailing. Loved the music vibes. Overall great trip and would do it again.

The staff were very rude very rude to my friends and I. Barely helped us at all with our ride and barely had us in the air for pre than a minute. Mind you there was another family there who also noticed the treatment towards my friends and I. Will not recommend to anyone in the further future.

This review is written by the owner of this account’s daughter, Angelina. The first time we went, it got delayed due to rain while the pair before us was about to go. They handled the situation amazingly and it made me feel much safer about going on the ride. When we went on the ride, it was incredible. Coming from someone who is not fond of fast rides, it is perfect for someone who likes adrenaline but not the fast rides and sharp turns. Most of our time in the air was very slow paced and relaxed. The crew, Chris and Jay, were WONDERFUL. They were incredibly funny and welcoming. It was honestly my favorite part about this trip. I highly recommend. However, you never know what the circumstances will be. This ride relies heavily on how the weather is. Make sure not to schedule this trip on the last day you are here to make sure you don’t miss out from weather delays.

I have wanted to do this since my 20’s. I finally got to today! My husband and and I are 59 and 58. Neither one of us is “athletic” but we love adventure. This was so easy, you’re up in a flash, it’s smooth, calm and relaxed. The view is amazing. The different water colors you see from up in the air are beautiful. We did one little touch down to get our feet wet and back up again. Do it!!!!

Operators were max and I forget the young lady name but they were very friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. Kept everyone calm and explained everything well to ensure we had a safe and great time

Had a date to fly the day prior but the weather wouldn't permit. They made it easy to reschedule on the spot and glove things around for the next day. Everything was smooth sailing (see what I did there) and say going. I would recommend and don't second guess.

The crew was amazing—very professional and thorough when explaining every step of the experience. Safety was clearly their top priority, and they made sure everyone had a great time. Be sure to arrive at the marina at your scheduled time, as the boat leaves promptly and will not wait for late arrivals. The crew is patient and well-organized, but they run on a set schedule. I would 100% recommend this parasailing excursion for all ages.

This was an awesome experience. Being able to view the Virgin Islands from the parachute is truly an experience. Our guides were very professional and made sure we felt comfortable. I cannot recommend them enough.

First time parasailing or doing anything remotely close to as terrifying it was for me. I am so glad I got to have the experience. We went out and two groups were able to go up and we had to go back to shore for a bit cause of weather. I started freaking out being scared of going up in the air and after a drink and talking to Max the captain and first mate. They really wanted me not to back out so I out my faith in them and they took only took me out about 15 ft and if I was ok at that point then let me all the way up and I am so glad they talked me into it. It was so relaxing and beautiful being up in the air. They even did a water dip towards the end which was a fun way to end while coming in to land.

It’s a lot less scary than what most people think! It’s something for sure you would enjoy and you can see the beautiful islands. 10/10 would recommend.

My friend had never parasailed before and it was amazing. She really really really enjoyed it! The two guys that took us out were very professional and you could tell they knew all about safety and it was really wonderful!

This was a great experience and I would do this again. The guides make it really fun. I went on Christmas Day. They played Christmas music on the boat and wore Santa hats.
