Be sure to come hungry for this dinner cruise that’s strategically timed so you enjoy the Charlotte Amalie harbor lights and sunset. Get comfortable aboard the 54-foot (16-meter) catamaran as you sail through the harbor, sipping a drink from the open bar. Dinner includes options for all preferences, including tacos on Tuesdays and barbecue on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Dietary restrictions can be accommodated with advance notice.

Arrive at the Marriott Frenchman's Cove dock to board your catamaran dinner cruise.
Step aboard the 54-foot (16-meter) VI Cat, a US Coast Guard–certified sailing vessel. As your friendly captain and crew raise the sails, find a comfortable spot to sit on the spacious deck. Watch the boats glide by and step up to the open bar for a drink.
The catamaran will set sail toward Little Buck Island and then turn to the harbor, where the crew will serve a catered scratch-made barbecue spread (see Itinerary section for a sample menu) and enjoy the ambiance of the harbor at night.
Return to the dock at Frenchman's Cove at the conclusion of your 2-hour cruise.

- Must arrive 30 minutes prior to departure. Check-in with Cat Crew on Dock of Marriott's Frenchman's Cove. We cannot accommodate late-comers.
- Vegetarian/Vegan option is available upon specific request to tour operator - call / text 48 hours in advance
- The VI Cat's Standard Cancellation Policy: To receive a full refund, customers may cancel up to 72 hours before the excursion start date in the local timezone. No refunds will be given after that time period. "No-Shows" will be charged the full price of the excursion. In the event The VI Cat cancels the excursion due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, customers may receive a full refund or rebooking.
- Note that the Marriott's Frenchman's Cove is the time-share portion of the Marriott. This location is different than The Westin Beach Resort & Spa at Frenchman's Reef.

- Be sure to mention any allergies or medical conditions to the Captain
- The Marriott's Frenchman's Cove is 7-10 minute taxi ride from the WICO cruise ship dock and 20-30 minute taxi ride from the Crown Bay cruise ship dock
- At time of booking, cruise ship passengers must provide the following information at time of booking: ship name, docking time, disembarkation time and re-boarding time
- Children MUST be accompanied by an adult • Minimum drinking age is 21 years
- If guest or vessel's Master determines safety issue, a full refund will be given.
- Use Google Maps. Type "The VI Cat" or "Marriott's Frenchman's Cove". 1. Pull into the Marriott Frenchman's Cove (the property with all of the colorful buildings). The Marriott Cove has a large stone/brick entrance. 2. Check in with the security guard at the security booth. He will ask that you park in the large, flat gravel parking lot on the right **after** the security booth. 3. After parking, walk down the hill, in the road, towards the pool and follow signs that say public beach access. 4. Look for the wooden dock located off of the beach. 5. You will check in with The VI Cat crew on the wooden dock approximately 30 minutes prior to departure.

- MUST arrive 30 minutes prior to trip departure time. We are unable to accommodate late arrivals.
- Any guests with medical concerns (including pregnant travelers) are encouraged to address them with their own medical professional prior to attending excursion.
- Facial coverings are optional while onboard.
- This tour/activity will have a maximum of 65 travelers

This sunset dinner sail was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The views leaving Frenchman’s Cove were breathtaking — watching the sun melt into the horizon while cruising the harbor was something I won’t forget. The crew, Dan, Sam and Issac were warm, welcoming, and attentive, making the entire experience feel relaxed and special.
The food and drinks were great, the atmosphere was peaceful yet fun, and the harbor lights coming on as night fell created the perfect ending to the evening. If you’re visiting St. Thomas and want a memorable, laid-back experience with incredible scenery, this sail is a must.
Highly recommend — worth every moment.

My children have a gluten allergy & when I acquired about gluten free options (taco night) the communication leading up to the cruise was great! They packaged our food separately & the kids loved it. One of my kids also got a little sea sick when we took off, & the guys took care of him with water, ginger ale and something to help. They all did such a great job! It was nice to be able to partake just like everyone else.

The experience on this boat was nice crew was wonderful very hospitable and welcoming very informative on safety measures food was great drinks were coming. I would have hope for better seating with no seating I couldn’t enjoy the great food with the boat moving and a mix selection of music would be a delight . But for the most part 9 out of 10 would recommend just arrive early for a seat

So much fun! We were able to get amazing pictures of the sunset. Great food and drinks. Would definitely recommend! Bring a sweater as the ocean air is much cooler than on land.

It was totally worth it. Our guides were amazing and very attentive. They pre mix a rum drink called the pain killer and it is so good. They would refill your drink before you even finished it. They also have plenty of other drinks. The food was so good and they even offered seconds. My favorite part of the meal was the sweet plantain dessert. The views and sunset were the best. I highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful evening on board the VI CAT. The staff Sam, Anders and Captain Mike took good care of us. We were given a humorous safety talk before we boarded and as we boarded we were handed "Painkiller" cocktails and they kept flowing throughout the night.
We had tacos for dinner and they were pretty good! Chicken and beef, corn and flour tortillas, plus rice and beans.
They views were incredible, the sunset was breath taking - definitely bring your camera. Everyone was mingling and having a good time. I highly recommend this excursion and would do it again when I'm back in St Thomas.

A fantastic experience begins with the crew. Friendly engaging to establish a positive vibe with fellow passengers on the experience. The sights were beautiful, serene and pinch yourself worthy. Price was right. The reggaeton music definitely brought the vibe. An unforgettable experience and highly recommend. The food (barbecue Wednesday) was very good and the “painkiller” rum cocktail was outstanding.

The cruise was so much fun. The staff was very professional and entertaining, you could tell that they love their job.
I was expecting the food to be average but was pleasantly surprised to find that it was very good with a variety of items to choose from.
And of course the star of the show, the Sunset, did not disappoint. We were able to get spectacular photos with expert guidance from the staff.
This turned out to be the highlight of our vacation on St. Thomas.

Definitely needed some sea sick meds because the first half was wavy i couldn't eat my food. Wish we had time to go to a day where they had bbq. Staff were really nice
