My friend and I booked this snorkeling trip and it was a fantastic experience. Captain Serena, Catie and Ron were amazing. I’ve been on other snorkeling excursions, and this was the most organized snorkeling experience. Serena and Catie made sure everyone in our group had a great time and got a chance to see sea turtles along with many other colorful fish. This was also the perfect size excursion with a small group and felt very safe. I highly recommend, this well worth it. Thank you Serena, Catie and Ron for a truly memorable experience.

We spent the day with Capt. Joe and Fernando on Someday. Great day on the water and away from the cruise crowds. A small tour group is the way to go snorkeling. No issues with getting back to the ship in time and a very relaxing day. Thank you !

We had the most amazing time on the SOMEDAY! Captain Joe and Fernando were excellent hosts! Super clean luxury boat, top notch service and equipment, and only a small number of people on board. Easy access right at the cruise pier. We saw lots of turtles and fish while snorkeling. Captain Joe and Fernando offered history of the area and wildlife. Snacks and cocktails were a plus!

We had the best weather, the best location and the best turtle sightings! The boat is gorgeous! Add this to your St. Thomas trip. Bring nothing, but sunscreen and a towel. they give you drinks and snacks.

We were on the Someday charter and it was absolutely perfect! Fernando and Captain Joe were friendly and fun. Both were very knowledgeable! My kids and I had a great time! We will definitely book another excursion with them the next time we are in St Thomas!

Caitlyn and Captain Serena (sp?) were fantastic. A well oiled machine and full of knowledge about the area. Plus they make an awesome painkiller. We had a great time and they made sure we saw the turtles. Tons of fish including a barracuda. Also saw a couple of Stingray. They have good snorkeling gear not worn out crap.
I got some bad info from my cruise ship (they gave us the wrong days pamphlet in our room and I saw the dock time and flipped out that it was too late for our excursion. Then the cruise line told us to wait at the wrong spot. The charter crew concisely cleared the confusion and a call with Caitlyn corrected our course.
Worth it! Tip your crew if you go!

Sarina and Carie were great! Both were knowledgeable of the area and shared information freely. Our party of 8 had a great time on the boat and enjoyed snorkeling. Only small thing I would change is the snack offering. It was fruit and veggies. I desired something salty while on the boat and wished mini bags of snacks were available. There were plenty of drinks to be had! Thanks for making our boating day fun.

Our excursion was excellent! I think there were only 10-12 people on on our boat, (so a far better option than other tours with 50+ guests). Our driver brought us by boat directly to the cruise ship pier when our tour was finished. (Royal Caribbean Icon). Note: The initial meeting spot is not at the same cruise port as the Icon, but you can taxi to the meeting point. Great for kids age 12 and up. Don’t recommend bringing little kids because they can’t snorkel alone so it’s not worth the price but our teenage son absolutely loved it! Tons of sea turtles, one small reef shark minding his own business 👏, tons of fish, tons of sea anemones.

This was an incredible experience and easily a 5-star tour for our family! Captain Serena and Catie were absolutely amazing—so friendly, attentive, and made everyone feel comfortable from the start. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time, and their energy really made the trip special. The snorkeling was fantastic, and the sea life was truly unforgettable—we saw so much more than we expected! The whole experience was relaxed, fun, and perfectly organized. Our entire family loved every minute of it, from the boat ride to the time in the water. We would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting St. Thomas!

We had a wonderful experience. We were the only ship NOT docked right beside the boat, so we were a little worried about missing the meeting time. However, their communication was excellent and they guided us right to the boat. There were 3 other families with us and there was space for everyone. The boat ride alone was fun but the snorkeling and swimming with sea turtles was amazing. Our kids LOVED snorkeling and might be addicted now! It was a great day on the water.

I am extremely disappointed with both Viator and the local vendor we used for our excursion in St. Thomas. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had, and I feel completely taken advantage of.
On the day of our scheduled tour, I was contacted by the vendor and told where to meet. I explained that a month prior, their colleague had provided me with an incorrect meeting location. Instead of working with me to resolve the confusion, the vendor was immediately rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. She rushed me off the phone, refused to listen, and abruptly stated that our tour would be canceled—without any clear explanation.
I informed her that our party of 7 was fully prepared and would arrive at the correct location on time, but she hung up on me mid-conversation. I tried calling back multiple times, but my calls were ignored.
To make matters worse, the weather that day was rough and choppy, and many other excursions in St. Thomas were reportedly canceled due to unsafe water conditions. Despite this, the vendor never communicated that as the reason, never attempted to reschedule, and most importantly, never offered a refund.
We paid for a half-day luxury catamaran tour with turtle snorkeling, and we received absolutely nothing. No service, no explanation, no accountability—just a cancellation and silence. It is completely unacceptable for a vendor to treat customers this way and still keep their money.
I strongly caution others against booking with this vendor. This experience felt dishonest and unprofessional, and I would not trust them with your time or money. Viator also needs to do a better job vetting and holding their vendors accountable, because situations like this are simply unacceptable. I should have just used Get Your Guide which I have several times in the past and had nothing but great success. They know how to vet their vendors and provide you with a great experience for you also you're family. Don't use viator you will be taken care of with Get Your Guide and not blown off and taken advantage of like we were with viator and there horrible vendor.

As the third-party platform through which you booked and paid for the tour (Not directly with us), Viator is best equipped to address any concerns, especially regarding their 24-hour cancellation/no show policy. All tour details, including meeting instructions, were provided in your booking confirmation email on September 28, 2025 at 9:38 AM, and in your 24 hr reminder text sent to you on November 12, 2025 at 9:00 AM.
Regarding this shared tour on November 13, 2025 (9:00 - 1:00). The tour departed shortly after the scheduled time (hoping you would make it) from the WICO Cruise Ship Dock (West Indian Company Dock (WICO)- Main Cruise Ship Dock) as stated in your confirmation email and in previous communications. Other guests from your ship, who received the same information, all made it and enjoyed a fantastic experience. Weather was great and no other operators as you stated “cancelled” their tours, to say otherwise is extremely disingenuous. Unfortunately, we were unable to delay the departure further, as consideration and fairness to other guests who showed up on time are the priority. All services offered on this day were fulfilled for all guests who attended the tour, included other guests from your same ship.
To clarify, we do not have access or provide any guidance to your ship’s itinerary or docking details, which are managed by your cruise line. The responsibility to arrive at the meeting point rests with the traveler, as is standard for any travel booking/experience.

The tour operated as described and as scheduled on November 13, 2025. Scheduled meet time for the tour was 8:45 AM, and scheduled departure time was 9:00 AM. Though you were aware of Viators/TripAdvisor 24 hr cancellation/no show policy, you chose not to participate and did not show up.
When we contacted you at 8:44 AM checking in on your status, you indicated that you were not yet in a taxi and still on your ship. The rest of the guests that arrived on time were already preparing to start the tour.
Our team made every effort to assist you. To state otherwise is also extremely disingenuous. Here is our communications log in chronological order we had with you directly including copy/paste texts on the day of the tour. Unfortunately we are unable to upload the screen shots of them on this platform.
* 7:08 AM: We (Catie who was the crew) sent you a courtesy/reminder text with detailed meeting instructions.
"Good morning Pinaki, this is Catie with Someday.
A reminder that meet time for your tour with us today will be at 8:45 am local time.
If your ship is berthed at the WICO/Havensite Cruise Ship Dock (The Main Dock), when you leave your ship, make a left and walk down the dock keeping the ship to your left side. Walk to the base of the cruise ship dock. Catie will be there with a Someday sign with your name on it. We will also be available via phone (call or text).
If your ship is berthed at the Crown Bay Cruise Ship Dock (Secondary Dock). The meeting point will be at the WICO/Havensite Cruise Ship Dock (which is the main cruise ship dock here) where the excursion boats leave out of. It is by Yacht Haven Grande Marina office. The address is 5304 Yacht Haven Grande. This is the same meeting point as is provided in your confirmation email. You will need to take a taxi to get to the meeting point. The taxis are typically available outside your ship as you disembark. It's about a 20 minute ride.
We are looking forward to a great day. :)"
* 8:44 AM: Catie called Pinaki, no answer, and left a voicemail offering assistance if they needed any help to get to the tour.
* 8:44 AM: Pinaki called back. Pinaki stated they were still on their ship at Crown Bay. Catie reminded Pinaki that they were 20 minutes away once they get in a taxi.
* 8:47 AM: Catie texted Pinaki following up on the phone call context.
“Hi Pinaki, thank you for calling and letting us know you're still on the ship. As I said on the phone, this is a shared tour and will operate on time. I will let the captain know you're not yet on the way and check in with you prior to leaving the dock."
* 8:56 AM: Pinaki called and said she just got off the ship at crown bay. Catie again stated they were still 20 minutes away once they got a taxi, and we were already boarding our guests at that time.
* 9:04 AM: Catie texted Pinaki.
"Good morning Pinaki, the boat has now departed the dock for this morning's tour. We are very sorry you missed it, but we hope you have a great rest of your day in St Thomas regardless.
Have a blessed day."
We are disappointed to learn of your dissatisfaction and regret that you felt unassisted, as our team made every effort to accommodate you. Our team went out of their way with additional texts and phone calls to you outside of your already received booking information through your third party, and this is a courtesy we extend to assist you and the other guests any way we can.

Caite and Captain Jersey Joe were great! They made sure everyone in our party felt comfortable and share lots of history and hospitality! Experienced boaters and prioritized safety. Yummy cocktails, only suggestion would be offering a GF option for those with food sensitivity.

Outstanding experience! John and Fernando were marvelous hosts on this beautiful and clean vessel! We got lots of info about the wildlife and enjoyed two snorkel spots. Nice small group snorkeling tour with a wonderful captain, comfortable seating and shade. The drinks were great and constant. All equipment was provided. The captain provided great information and snorkeling tips at each location including how best to swim with turtles. We had an amazing time. Highly recommend this excursion!

Catie and Captain Joe are phenomenal! They give history of the island, treat you like family and just make the day on the boat unforgettable. So unforgettable I fact that this was our 2nd time with them and we would go again if back in the island. They point out turtles, get in the water with you and explain everything you need to know about snorkeling. And if there is any worry on a customer part, they provide warmth and encouragement while making the customer feel supported in their capabilities. They really are awesome!! We loved it!! (FYI - If your cruise port is Crown Bay, you will need to arrange transportation to get to and from this excursion. Depending on traffic it is about a 15-minute drive.) After arriving Catie and Captain Ron assisted all 12 of us onboard. There was great music and engaging conversation on the way to our snorkel destination. As the only solo traveler on this excursion Captain Ron made sure to keep me engaged and ask how I enjoyed the activities afterwards which I greatly appreciated. On the way to our both of our stops a mama whales with their babies were spotted. Captain Ron stopped to boat for us and we watched. He and Catie even recorded the experience on their personal phones to get to us all after he edited out the unimportant stuff. At the first snorkel stop the water was extremely clear blue and we saw turtles right away. Catie got in the water with us the first stop and guided us around. The others wandered went off further with Catie as she led them. Personally, I needed more time close to the boat to get used to my first snorkeling experience. I just felt more comfortable that way. Captain Ron kept an eye on me and made sure I was ok the entire time. After the others joined us, we got back on the boat, and the food and drink options were presented to us. We all sat and ate and drank before taking off the next snorkeling spot. When we arrived at this destination the area was closer to shore which Captain said made the water a bit cloudier. It was easy to see the turtles especially with Captain Ron leading the group this time. Catie stayed on the boat and kept an eye on all of us. Here I also saw a barracuda and a school of fish that were very close below me. I would hands down recommend this experience. From start to finish, this was a fantastic excursion! In fact, it was my favorite excursion of all time. Can't wait to do it again the future!
