No overcrowding this is a semi-private excursion. A maximum of 12 guests will enjoy a 4 hr trip from St. Thomas to St John. At one of the many snorkel spots around St John (Trunk or Maho Bay, Christmas Cove) or nearby uninhabited Cays (Mingo, Lovango or Stevens) you will have snorkeling gear to explore coral reefs that are home to tropical fish such as snapper, parrotfish, sturgeonfish, squirrelfish and other sea life including swimming with turtle. Once the group is finished snorkeling, enjoy complimentary soda and beer. After snorkeling, we will whisk you away to either Hawksnest Bay or Honeymoon Beach at Caneel Bay (weather dependent). The Highlight of Our Port Day in St. Thomas!

If you are visiting St. Thomas by cruise ship and trying to decide on the perfect shore excursion, book the Snorkel Cat All Inclusive Adventure with New Horizons & Breakaway Charters without hesitation. My wife and I spent our day in port aboard their catamaran, and it was hands-down the absolute highlight of our entire vacation. From start to finish, the logistics were completely seamless and stress-free, taking all the worry out of making it back to the cruise ship on time while maximizing every single minute on the water. What truly sets this tour apart, however, is the outstanding service. Captain Sean and his incredible crew delivered top-tier hospitality from the moment we stepped on board. Captain Sean is a stellar captain—expertly navigating the crystal-clear turquoise waters, sharing local insights, and keeping everyone entertained—while his attentive crew made sure we were always comfortable and catered to. They escorted us to breathtaking snorkeling spots packed with marine life, even jumping into the water to assist guests and point out wildlife. Paired with delicious food, endless cold drinks, and a spacious, comfortable boat, Captain Sean and his crew made us feel like VIPs. My wife and I couldn't have asked for a better day, and we will definitely book with New Horizons again next time we're in the Virgin Islands!

Just Do it!

Great Experience! Driver was great. He helped advise when spins and turns were about to happen so everyone was ready! Never too scary for our 6 year old but thrilling for adults. We even got knowledge about the islands and sights all in a tight 40 minute adventure. A+

Had a great time on this boat tour in St. Thomas! Kendall was knowledgeable about the area and where to go. The trip was a great, though we wish we could have squeezed in one more snorkel spot. Two small suggestions: sharing the food menu beforehand and adding an extra hand for drinks would make it perfect. Overall, we loved it and would book again

Great Tour

This tour was absolutely amazing! Mr. Godfrey was our tour guide, and he truly knows exactly what a great tour should be. From the moment we got on his bus until the very end, he shared the history of the island in such an interesting and engaging way. He takes you to all of the popular attractions and makes sure you get to experience the best the island has to offer. He also went above and beyond by offering snacks, water, sodas, and juice throughout the tour, which was such a thoughtful touch! I’m so glad I found this tour because it was definitely worth the money! Mr. Godfrey was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the entire experience unforgettable. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting St. Thomas. You won’t be disappointed!

Fantastic Experience! Captain Joe and Catie were excellent hosts, guides and teachers. Great boat, too.

No matter your age, skill, or experience, Captain Joe and Catie will get you into the water. They know where to look for the turtles and will teach you about turtles, birds, the Islands, snorkeling, and coral reefs. They offer great hospitality on a beautiful, clean, well maintained boat. Catie mixes great tropical drinks, and fresh snacks are available. The snorkeling equipment is first rate, in great shape, and they will teach you how to use it effectively. They will get into the water with you, and lead you to the best places. Captain Joe is extremely attentive to safety both on the boat and in the water. This was the favorite experience of our recent trip. Everyone in our family, from age 73 to 18 absolutely loved our day in the beautiful seas surrounding the USVI. We saw turtles AND floated above a breathtaking reef teeming with marine life. It was amazing. Highly recommend Sameday with Catie and Captain Joe!

Great Experience!

My daughter and I had a wonderful time. Sean was a great captain and knows so much about the area. We loved the smaller group and were lucky to have a very nice family share the outing with us. We saw sea turtles, beautiful fish and a sting ray. You need to swim in if you want to spend time on the beach so you may want to have a waterproof bag for phones and money. We were happy to snorkel and stay on the boat. Highly recommend!

Great Experience

It was totally worth it. Our guides were amazing and very attentive. They pre mix a rum drink called the pain killer and it is so good. They would refill your drink before you even finished it. They also have plenty of other drinks. The food was so good and they even offered seconds. My favorite part of the meal was the sweet plantain dessert. The views and sunset were the best. I highly recommend it.

Excellent snorkel cruz

We had a fantastic snorkel trip with Serena, Adrian and Dan aboard the VI Cat. The boat was comfortable with lots of shady and sunny spots to sit. At Turtle Cove we saw numerous turtles, rays, and tropical fish. Plenty of time to snorkel. On the way home we sailed and enjoyed snacks and Painkillers. This is a great family activity.

Amazing sunset cruise

The excursion was very well organized, the staff was exceedingly friendly. Very conveniently situated on the property of Club Wyndham Margaritaville, which is perfect for those of us staying at that resort. Food was great. The drinks were OK. Bottom shelf liquor. They had beer so we can stick with that as well. The sunset is gorgeous from the water.

Amazing Day with Brody and Lindsay

We had an awesome experience on Seas the Day full day charter. We snorkeled at three different coves and ate at Lime Out for lunch. We snorkeled at a shipwreck, saw stingrays, sea turtles, and various other fish, and even had a dolphin show up and swim with us for at least 15 mins at our last stop. Captain Brody and Lindsay were both great! They were very knowledgeable and friendly and treated our family so well; we couldn’t have asked for better people to spend the day with. We didn’t want the date to end!
