Parasailing was great! We showed up to the beach at our reserved time and they took us out to the boat on a jet ski. We did a 2 person parasailing ride. We were up for 10 minutes. It was very calm and relaxing up in the ski. Not scary at all. The guys knew exactly what they were doing and it seemed to be a well run excursion. I would definitely do it again.

Although the captain and other boat workers were nice, we messaged the tour operator about changing our time from 3p to 4p because we saw rain coming. The tour operator said they cannot change the time so we got rained on and our photos (additional fee) are dark with a dark cloud behind us. The experience is nice but definitely check the weather beforehand.

I had an absolutely awesome time parasailing! From start to finish, the crew made everything easy, safe, and so much fun. They explained the process clearly, helped me feel comfortable, and before I knew it, I was soaring high above the water with the most incredible views.

We really enjoyed our experience! The staff were kind, patient and helpful. They made sure that safety was a priority. Plan on getting a bit wet at the beginning when you must get into the water to climb onboard a jet ski to ride out to the parasailing boat. That wasn’t an issue for any of us, but plan accordingly.

We had the greatest time doing parasailing! They knew we were coming, it was a quick process and in no time we were up in the air enjoying all the views! We were offered pictures and videos and I’d recommend getting them because they captured the whole experience for us. They were friendly and really respectful.
Keep in mind these guys want you to have as much time as possible doing what you signed up to do. They are a funny group of people but they also get you going fast which is the point! We really enjoyed going through them.

The actual experience was as expected; however, the company is churning people in an out. The hut where you check in is very understaffed. You then retrieve your life jacket and stand by the shore and wait for a staff member to pick you up via wave runner. When he came, my husband, daughter and I were all instructed to get on the same wave runner with the driver. I was in the back and was not even secured before he started taking off. Both my husband and I had to yell at him to get him to stand which allowed me to sit. My biggest concern was my daughter was in the middle so had I fallen, her risk was the greater. We got to the boat and were harnessed in. The operator of the boat told us for $20 cash he would take pictures of the take off, during and landing and then we would be sent the photos later in the evening via WhatsApp. We agreed. As I said, the actual experience was fine - and as expected - probably in the air for 8 minutes. While we waiting, more people were brought to the boat via wave runner. Before we left the boat, I asked the operator how we retrieved the pictures and he said to confirm my number at the hut and reiterated again they would be sent in the evening. After our turn, we too were taken back to shore. I checked in at the hut, watched the gentlemen write my number down, yet, we received no pictures. It isn’t about the $20 - I would have liked the photos.

This was a super cool experience! The guys orchestrating the activity weren’t that talkative but they were efficient. They quickly got you to the boat and in the gear and up in the air. They didn’t really give us any information or idea about what was going to happen. You just kind of get there, they put the harness on you, they place you in the take off spot and then you go. Overall it felt very safe, and it was a fun experience.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This experience was absolutely incredible! The team made everything so easy and truly put us at ease. My boyfriend and I were nervous at first, but they reassured us every step of the way, and we ended up enjoying every single moment. I’m typically scared of heights, yet I felt calm, safe, and far less anxious than I expected. It was such an amazing experience, and I HIGHLY recommend it to anyone considering it!

I loved this parasailing tour, guides made me feel very safe. The parasailing tour is about 15 minutes long. They take pictures for you for an extra $20 well worth it.

The location was very easy to find right on the beach. There was an abundance of parking in the area. When we arrived, we had to sign a waiver and then we proceeded to put on our life vest. Once we got strapped up, we hit the beach. A tour guide took my cousin and I on a jet ski to where the boat was located. On the boat, it was extremely rocky. If you have a weak stomach or get motion sickness this boat isn’t for you. Listen, maybe the ocean waves were rocky that day but it was still an amazing experience. The tour guide then strapped us up and offered $20 additional to take photos of us while we were on the parasail as well. The views were amazing, the tour guides were very friendly. It was definitely an experience I’ll never forget! The views up on the parasail were incredible. Make sure to book this when you visit St. Maarten!!!!

We had a great experience overall I would definitely recommend! The weather was very windy which made the ocean waters very choppy so the jetski ride to the boat was the worst part. It felt like we were going to fall off the jetski but I asked the operator to slow it down a bit and he did. Once we got to the boat it was smooth sailing from there. The instructor of the parasail was patient and didn’t mind reassuring us that everything was safe. Only downfall was we didnt take our phone to take pictures or record video because we were told they would be taken for us for us to buy at an additional cost but there were no pictures upon our return to the beach and we don’t know how to contact them to purchase them if they were even taken. Overall a great experience but we don’t have any pictures or video to look back on.

Parasailing was great! They brought us out to the parasail boat by jetski. The waves were a bit choppy on the day we went. The views were stunning and it was my first time parasailing. The employee on the boat said he could take our video of us (my brother and I) taking off and send it to me on whatsapp for an extra $20, so we opted not to do that.
Now, we realized that the same company rented jetskis. Several of the jetskis were being rented on the beach that day and my brother and I, after finishing parasailing, went down the beach to swim. We went down a little further to avoid the jetskis as some of them were close to the shore. So, we thought we were in a safe location, but when my brother and I got in the water, I noticed a jetski not too far, maybe 30 feet or a little less away from us. The waves were choppy and some of them were a bit forceful. I told my brother to be careful and in that moment, the last thing I remember was seeing the waves push this jetski right towards me. The jetski driver lost control and it hit me. It hit my leg and knocked me face down in the shallow water. I felt the jetski going directly over me, so I got run over by a jetski. I was standing in the water when this happened, so the water was shallow, maybe around 3 feet or so. Now, I realize the driver lost control because of the wave, but he should not have been so close in the first place. This was a popular place. This driver rented the jetski from the same company that did the parasail. The jetski driver and an employee from the company came over right away to see how I was. My brother helped me out of the water, as I had to limp out. The tour company did help me get ice for my leg and thank God it wasn't broken or anything worse. No compensation offered though. I was told the jetski driver asked for a refund, but they denied that. The company also told me they inform the jetski renters of the rules that they have to ride beyond the wake, but they told me the renters usually don't listen. They need to either have people go out with a guide or not do jetski rental. I don't want any of you getting hit by a jetski. I have a big bruise on my leg and was limping for three days.

We arrived about 45mins early prior to appointment and we were able to get on the boat right away. This was amazing since we wanted to make sure we made it back to the cruise ship on time. I have never parasailed before but I felt safe and secure. It was a great experience and we would do it again.

Operator(s) were great! As there were a number of us who were afraid of heights but wanted to experience parasailing, the operator made us feel comfortable and at ease. They operated in a safe and fun matter. Would definitely recommend.

First time parasailing and I loved it! Guys were great. Helpful with how exactly to get on/off the boat and everything was easy. Paid a small charge for pictures and video which arrived promptly electronically as promised. You’ll have a blast!

It was a great time. Our appointment was at 11am, we got there early and we were trapped up. The workers were very professional. My 10 yr old daughter enjoyed it for the first time. I’ll definitely recommend this activity. I also paid extra for pictures, it was worth every penny.

This experience was nothing short of amazing. Tom and his team really made us feel comfortable as this was our first time parasailing. We were transported to the boat via jet ski and within minutes we were in the air. The views were amazing & I’m so glad we did it. The only thing that needs improvement are the photos. We paid an extra $20 for photos and videos, however most of them weren’t clear. I think using a digital camera as oppose to an iPhone would have made this already good experience even better.
