We were cruise passengers for this tour and the jetskis were AMAZING. Both my fiance and I had a great time on our private tour as it was just us two and the guide. We had an absolute blast with a great lunch in between! We were able to jump off our jetskis and enjoy the water while the guide made sure the jet skis did not float away too far.
I would 1000% recommend this and we will definitely be back on our next trip to St. Maarten

it is mostly on the French side and it was very rough seas. The dutch side is more relaxed. Great guides!!

I would 1000% recommend this and we will definitely be back on our next trip to St. Maarten

Jetski ride was good. Little attention during the ride by guides. We were taken to beach for lunch and strangely enough they took our bill and combined it with the other two in the party and the guides. They have some scam going on with the tour guides and all of a sudden no one knows how to speak English and they wouldn't separate the bill. Water was put on the table when we got there and they billed us $15.00 per bottle times four. The other couple kept saying they dont speak English. We ended up paying $290.00 and left to get on jetskis only to be told that the two upgrades for two French fry's would be another $60.00. Run from these guys !!!

We appreciate that you enjoyed your jet ski ride witch is the part we can handle.
Regarding lunch I know exactly the place you went and I already told my guides not to go there because prices are ridiculous. As you mentioned in your reviews.
We don’t have any hand on restaurant prices.
The only thing I know is that the guides don’t pay for their food and drink when they go to restaurants when bringing guests. That's the only feal we have. So you didn’t pay for guides food or it was a big mistake from the restaurant which I will be able to take care of just send me bills please and I'll get your money back if that is the case. Unfortunately there is nothing that I can do about prices on water or fries.
Anyway this restaurant will not be part of the list anymore as it was already a place I said the guides to avoid unless guest's ask for it.
I am very sorry to read this kind of reviews as we are doing our best to have guest enjoying every part of the tour and lunch break should be the same. I don’t know why they had you eating there once again I apologies because I know this place and the price range and on top of that I always separate bills when i have different group to avoid confusion and this kind of situations. I will make sure guides do the same now anx insists on that part with the resaurants we are stopping at.
Have an excellent day and sorry for the mild experience. I will pass the word again to my guides so the stop for lunch to place I told them to.
Hopefully we will see you another time and lunch will be on me in a nice restaurant (food drinks and prices)

What a fun way to explore and experience SXM! We had a great day on the water. Our guide, Hoang, was fantastic. We had such a fun time exploring both the French and Dutch sides of SXM. We will definitely do this again next time we visit!

This was the BEST excursion we could have done! We had so much fun!!! My husband, 16 and 13 year old boys, and myself highly recommend. Get the burger at the floating restaurant for lunch. You won’t regret it!

What a great experience. Booked this on a whim while on vacation on the island. The tour guide was knowledgable, friendly and all around amazing. No issues with equipment. Transportation to and from hotel was provided upon request (separate charge for reasonable price) and drivers were friendly as well. Will definitely book this again.

What a fantastic experience!! Kevin was a phenomenal guide!!! A legitimate four hours on the ocean. Saw 3/4 of the island. Went to a floating restaurant. We had so much fun that if I could go back again today I would. Our ride from the hotel said if you’re gonna go on a jet ski tour of the island, This is the guy you want and he was 100% correct. One of the best Viator tours I’ve ever done.

We have used wave runners on our rivers, but it is nothing like the ocean. It took me a while to figure out my balance with the larger waves, but you do get used to it and then it is so much fun!! My family had so much fun going through the ocean waves. I was a little slower than the rest of the group, but they were not concerned and always had someone towards the back of the group as well as the front. Our tour guides were very nice and did not rush us to get back. You need to bring money for lunch, and they have a restaurant that they go to on a beach. The food was amazing and worth the money! The entire experience was wonderful and worth the money. We would definitely do it again. The person with managing the reservations had to communicate with me a few times. He was very fast to respond and easy to work with in all areas. I highly recommend this tour!!

We started the day by meeting our guides at the Port la Royale Marina in Marigot. The taxi ride from the cruise port was $15 per couple each way which the tour operator offered to arrange for us for the same price. We should have taken them up on the offer as the taxi driver we found at the cruise port dropped us off down the road and we had to find our way to the start location which is under the Le Tropicana restaurant at the Marina on our own and then find our way back to the taxi stand in Marigot after the tour which is near the Voyager Marigot Ferry also on our own. If you decide to take your own taxi, make sure you map everything out in advance. Lesson learned!
Other than that, our tour was fantastic. Definitely the best jetski tour we have ever taken. We requested via a note in Viator and received separate jetskis for our 1/2 day tour. We took off for the tour a little early around 9:30AM and we ended around 1:30PM. Our guide Juan is originally from the island and had a ton of knowledge about the areas we visited along the tour. We really enjoyed flying around all the yachts anchored around the island, opening up the throttle in the open seas, and swimming in several beautiful lagoons where you could see straight to the bottom.
We had one hiccup on the tour. The battery on my jetski died but we were able to get another one quickly. The full tour guide team came to our rescue rapidly to get us back up and running. We've seen jetskis, ATVs, and other motorvehicles breakdown on tours but never seen an issue resolved like that.
At lunch, Juan took us to a beautiful beach on the French side where we ate at a restaurant called Captain Frenchies. Be prepared, the food was a lot more than we expected but so good!
We will definitely be back to Sint Maarten/Saint-Martin to stay at one of the hotels we rode by on the tour and will likely do the half-day tour again if not the full-day jetski tour when we do.

Book this tour if you are looking for an adventurous way to see St. Martin by water. Eli was an amazing guide on our half-day tour. I would recommend this for people who have some experience with riding jet skis. The water can get rough and you cover a lot of distance. Make sure to bring money for lunch because you will stop for about an hour at a beach with several restaurants. Thank you Jet Paradise.

Everything was perfect. Yaya was out guide. We could do whatever we wanted with the jet skis, stop where and when we wanted and visited all the nice beaches of the island. Much better than any croused excursion from the ship

The tour was excellent. Yaya was a perfect guide. Our family of teens and tweens asked for more jet skiing the following day! Yaya did a fantastic job with grandma too. She needed a little assistance here and there and he was extremely helpful. We asked for the pick and drop and our driver was very friendly and helpful as well. Strongly recommend this adventure!

What an experience! Great tour on like new equipment. It was just the owner, another couple and ourselves on the tour. The day was well paced and a great value for the money. Pick up and return to the ship was on time. Lunch was an added bonus. Highly recommend.

Family is from the French Side and I always loved seeing the island from the water side and the tour guide was legit and made the experience that much better.
Length of time was just Perfect , plan on doing the ride when I come back home.

The excursion was fun, the water was rough and choppy. We were prepared for that. The host/guide evidently mixed the short and long tours together so something’s were included for long tour and not for short. We were ready for 4 hour tour which turned into 6 hours with an unexpected lunch stop. Poor communication in advance.

Excellent half day excursion! Perfect for cruising. Picked us up at 9:15am and dropped us back off 3pm. Saw multiple beaches and stopped for lunch at Captain Frenchy’s. Jet Paradise provides a best in class experience through and through. Thank you for making our trip to St Martin so memorable!

When I mean it was . Amazing time from beginning to end. The tour guides were so helpful. Offering sun glasses and water proof holders for personal items. Bring plenty of sunscreen I’m still burning from how beautiful of a day it was! My son 8 years old had the time of his life. My wife that never drove a jet ski before had an amazing time as well! It’s an amazing way to get to know the island from a different perspective as well as an adrenaline rush. Don’t hesitate and book now!

We rented 5 jet skis for our family of 6. My husband and the three older kids had a great time zipping and running around. I had our 13-year-old daughter on the back of my jet ski. We were a bit slower than the rest but she enjoyed the trip as well.
Good trip, right amount of time and the lunch spot was great.

If you are looking for the perfect Jet Ski tour while in St. Marteen, you have found it! This was truly a once in a lifetime experience that I am still trying to wrap my mind around! So just book it!
I booked this excursion for my husband’s birthday and he (WE) enjoyed every second of it!
FYI for the cruisers - this is the perfect half day tour to book due to the limited time that you may have on the island.
In reference to the commute to and from the Jet Skis, the company will coordinate a driver for you which is awesome because it’s one less thing to worry about. Our driver was very kind and provided some history about the French and Dutch side of the island as we rode to our destination.
At arrival, our instructor Steven and his crew were very welcoming and provided excellent customer service as we prepared to get on the jet skis.
Now to the tour… the tour was absolutely amazing! The experience is indescribable! Steven did an awesome job to ensure that we were comfortable, properly equipped while also giving us opportunities to go at top speeds as he took us to different sites around the island. We saw multiple beaches and landmarks that we would have never seen otherwise and the views were truly breathtaking!
As for lunch, during the midst of the trip, Steven took us to a beach that offered a couple of options for dining. We chose to dine at a beautiful 2nd level beach front restaurant called Rainbow Cafe. The food was delicious and the view/experience was unforgettable. Steven gave us about 90 mins to eat and relax which was perfect to decompress and take the moment all in.
Afterwards we got back on the jet skis to visit a few more sites and wrap up the tour.
To Steven and your crew, thank you for providing such an awesome experience that my husband and I will cherish until we are old and gray! Take care!

Do you know in life when you’re expecting something and you get 10 times better that’s the experience I had. It was amazing. The price was fantastic. We stop for a nice dinner on the beach great experience, and above all our guide was awesome. We will definitely be back and we will also refer friends and family when they come to the island.
