Super easy to work with. The jeeps aren't perfect, but super reliable and the staff was super helpful especially with travel to and from. We took a taxi to them and then shuttled back with them. It was a great way to explore the island, just wished we had more time. Traffic can be a bear there.

Nice people to rent from. Jeep was clean, transportation to and from ship was right on time. Only complaint was the traffic was real bad, like 6 cruise ships in town on same day.

Everything went as planned, but we bought a full tank of gas to drive around the island, and it used about a quarter of a tank. This was a bit different from what staff told us, but they got some free gas on us. The jeep was nice, although it wasn’t spotless and looked well used, it still ran fine. The key fob didn’t work, so each time we got in the car, it set off the alarm. The rental cost seemed a little high. We made it around the island in about an hour and a half; we were trying to stall to get the full use of our time but ran out of places to go. The woman to check this out was really nice.
Make sure you know how much gas you’ll need; hopefully, I’ll get a clean, nice-looking Jeep next time. Still, it was a beautiful drive.

During check-in, our staff explains that a full trip around the island typically uses about a quarter of a tank of gas, as you mentioned. Refueling is not included in the rental, and this is noted prior to booking.
We’re sorry to hear about the key fob issue — all of our vehicles are checked to ensure the key fobs are fully functional, so we’ll certainly look into this further.

Blue Bubbles Sports on point. Staff friendly, polite and efficient at check in and check out. Location not near the port but the shuttle service by atv offered was great if you don't mind a short walk to get to pick up area. Drop off closer to ship doable if someone in your party has a handicap or walk impediment. Just ask upon return. Jeep was our chosen transport (in case we needed ac and was given a brand new one to use) but the atvs they have in stock I think I would try upon another return cause they looked fun. Thank you for your service Blue Bubbles in helping us enjoy our day in St Maarten. It was a pleasure dealing with your establishment.

It was super easy to get in the shuttle from the cruise terminal to the rental location. Paperwork was quick and they do a complete walk around of the Jeep with you to note any existing scratches or damage to the Jeep. They give you a high level map and show you where different tourist spots are which was nice but the map itself it’s super detailed so it’s easy to get yourself turned around.

Team was friendly. Jeep was a lot of fun to adventure around the island. We were able to stop at our leisure as we drove around. Suggest getting used to the way locals drive. They have a roundabout system as well. No stop lights. Motorcycles drive right through the middle.

The jeeps were pretty rundown, with lights on on the dashboard and no gas to get very far before stopping to Phil. Maps and GPS not offered to navigate the island. We all got lost!

My spouse and another couple rented jeep for the day as cruise passengers. We wanted to see as much of the island as possible and find a more private beach. We were able to do both and dine at at a tropical restaurant where the locals go. The meet up was just as directed. The jeep was clean, filled with gas and we returned in the same condition. The staff were friendly. We had no issues whatsoever. It was a fun day!

Really nice staff, a bit hard to find the shuttle from the cruise port. The excursions was on the expensive side compared to renting a vehicle the traditional way. One thing that i could suggest changing is that for the deposit they make a actual transaction compared to a pre authorization, therefor with the exchange rate not being the same for refunds i’ve lost $39 cdn for nothing.

Thank goodness we had a jeep! The roads are steep with extremely sharp curves in Sint Marteen.

The pick up and drop off worked seamlessly. The Jeep fit all of us comfortably. It was an older jeep and the engine and brake light came on frequently. We were told not to worry about it, and there were no problems with driving it. We only had 1/4 tank of gas and filled it up. Not necessary to spend all that money on gas as it only takes 1/4 tank to go around the island.

Jeep Wranglers do have faulty sensors at times but we do make sure that all fault codes are checked before rental.
Thank you for your honest review stating that the Jeep functioned perfectly despite the lights.
Refueling is usually 1/4 tank if you were to get around the entire island.

We reserved a Jeep for 2 days to tour the island for $300.00 The paperwork states that pickup and time from our hotel are included. When we called to have a pick up for the following day, we were told they would NOT pick us up until 12 noon. Unacceptable!, as half the daylight hours are gone. We had to take a taxi for $25 from our hotel. Once we arrived and got processed we were given a Jeep with no rearview mirror. We found the rearview mirror in the console as you can see in the picture along with someone's food trash... This was disgusting. We did not touch the mirror or the trash as it was filthy. We were told it was best to use GPS around the island. We could not charge our phones without a cord or lighter adapter. We emailed them and were told the cord was in the Glove box. Take a look at that picture., disgusting also. The cord was buried under trash wrappers and used wipes. Upon return, all that was offered to us was to waive the $40 fee to top off the used gas that the Jeep was provided with. It did not come with a full tank. The owner (?) states she takes pride in their Jeeps. I think NOT. I would shop around on your own. You can get a much better price and a cleaner vehicle. After touring the island I would also say you do NOT need a Jeep. I would not recommend this company.

Please note: We do provide pickup is at fixed times either 8:15-8:30 or 12:15-12:30. This guest in particular complained 8:15-8:30AM was “too early” and we explained that we also have the moon pickup. The guests decided to take a taxi at their own expense. The rear view mirror was indeed hidden in the glove compartment by a previous rental along with some paper. We do recommend Google Maps and we do not advertise that we have GPS. We do not advertise that we provide chargers for your cell phone either. Jeep was returned empty and was at full when rented out. We listened to these guests complaints and told them they were not required to pay for the gas that they did not refill. It was not $40 value but it was $80.

Pickup from the cruise ship terminal was chaotic and unorganized. The checkin process was long and unorganized with only one person handing the dozens of people. Otherwise, the Jeep itself was great.

To all potential customers:
Please note that if there is 5 ships in port the same day we cannot control how fast the security at the port works to let you out the terminal. Our shuttles are directly at the terminal as early as 8:30AM.
This business is not a “one man show” , but is most definitely a team who works to ensure great service.

The people were nice, but we booked this excusion based on the photos of new hard top Jeeps. We were given a 2007 soft top Jeep. There were new Jeeps there...perhaps they overbooked the excusion, but either way, it wasn't what we paid for.

We have a variety of Jeeps either hardtop or soft top.
When booking online you can add in special requirements section if you would specifically like a hardtop.
That day we most definitely had hardtops available and if it was an issue you could have requested to change. The Jeep that you received was 2007 however it is in immaculate condition and has only 20,000km.
You say it wasn’t what you paid for but it was actually exactly what we advertise!
We advertise great condition Jeeps to our customers.
You had no complaints at the office.

We rented a jeep for our day on St. Maarten. I admit I was nervous about booking something like this online, but everything went very smoothly. From being picked up at the port, to the smooth process of picking up/returning the jeep, and return to the port, the staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. Overall the experience was ok but there were issues. First issue was when we landed we never received any communication about who was picking us up. Earlier messages stated that we would receive the license plate number of the pickup vehicle. Second is the agreement says pickup is 30-45 min after flight arrival. I called at the 30 min mark since we hadn’t heard from them and the man that answered the phone was instantly defensive. I told him I was just wondering what the ETA would be since I hadn’t heard anything. Our pickup didn’t end up arriving until over an hour after landing leaving us to stand in the sun waiting. The Jeep we were given (no option to choose like the listing states) was not even close to being as nice as the Jeeps in the ad. It had peeling paint, scratches and dents. We videoed the exterior to document the damage already done. The GPS seemed to think we were in Israel so was useless for the whole week. Phone charging outlet didn’t work complicating the issue of no GPS when our phone’s went dead. After returning the Jeep at the end of our trip we waited an hour and a half for our ride to the airport. Luckily we had the time to spare but it was still inconvenient to sit in the heat that long waiting when the rental company knew ahead of time when we would be there as they were the ones who told us how much time to give ourselves to make our flight.
Overall the vehicle did its job and got us around the island but I feel like I was duped by an attractive ad compared to the product I paid for

We do inform all guests that require airport pickup that pickup is scheduled 30-45 minutes after flight arrival if you have checked bags.
We received a call from the customer 30 minutes earlier than their arrival time stating that they have arrived. We informed the customer that pickup will remain as scheduled. These customers chose to wait outside in the sun and they did not have to. There is an airconditioned waiting area at the airport.
*TO ALL OUR POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS*
When you book your jeep rental you may choose a color you like. These customers did not reserve a specific Jeep but did in fact receive a Jeep that had Apple car play. We do not advertise GPS systems but ALL Jeeps do have apple car play. This works with your mobile phone.
During check in, we do take note and videotape the entire vehicle and ask that you do the same.
The Jeep was not "full of scratches" but did have on scratch on the fender.
We do not provide charger outlets..
As for the return shuttle for the airport, this customer did not inform us on a specific time that she will return the Jeep. She showed up at an unexpected time and we informed her that she will need to wait for the shuttle's return.
It took 20 minutes for the shuttle to return. We could never make you wait an hour and a half for a ride. This customer chose to sit outside in the sun even after we offered told her she can wait inside.
It seems there is no valid complaint other than you attempting to find a wrong in everything.

We enjoyed cruising around the island and making memories with our family. Nice staff! Be prepared for a 1 hour process from exiting your cruise ship, riding the shuttle (provided free), & arriving the Jeep rental location. Don't make plans for at least 2 hrs after ship departure to avoid missing any reservations or plans you may have for island activities. Cozy little office and cozy car lot.
*** Do NOT sit in the jeep with wet ocean clothes/swim suits (Salt Water Stains Cloth). We found this out from the Karen in front of us!
