Sold as 'private', but in practice there is no such thing. Pigeon Island is a bit of a process to get everyone through the water to see the sharks and turtles. The second part of the snorkeling is up to you. Piece of melon, a cookie and a bottle of water. Ridiculous price, can be purchased locally much more interesting.
