I had the most wonderful tour with Antonia. She was an incredible guide whose knowledge of history was fantastic. I learned so much. She was funny, engaging, and highly entertaining. Her English was perfect and she mixed in modern and cultural insights into the history of the city/building. My only regret was that she has a sailor boyfriend - I was smitten! I couldn’t recommend the tour highly enough. It was great.

Slavko (or because he was joking about people butchering his name let's call him slaviko 😂) was absolutely incredible! He was so so funny! Very knowledgeable and had such amazing recommendations for us even though it's slow season. He took things slow enough to really appreciate everything he was teaching but always kept us entertained. Absolutely wonderful experience, I would recommend him specifically if we did this again. Thank you for the great experience!!

Great basic 90 minute tour. it explains lots of stuff. Our guide was Ante, a very sweet enthusiastic & funny young man with endless patience for annoying tourists and also the nice tourists. We got a terrific overview of the city and the reasons why it is in its current state. It was a perfect morning topped off at the end with ante's reccomendations for great places to visit in town.

We all had a great experience. Our guide (which I unfortunately can't remember her name), had a clear passion and love for her country and understanding of the history and complexities of evolving generations, religions, architecture and rulers of Split, even touching back as far as the Neanderthals! She answered every question easily and was very approachable. What impressed me other than her thorough knowledge and story telling keep, us all interested was how she eloquently handled a very rude and arrarrogant tour guide that cut through and interrupted her/us. She did not lose face, wasn't rude which made the other guide look a fool. We give her 5 stars. Highly recommend.

Well worth the price for all of the information that you get. It was nice to know what we were looking at inside the palace. Ante was our guide and he had a plethora of information about Split and Diocletians palace. He also was mindful of finding shade spots for us in the heat. We very much enjoyed this tour.

Mia was a very informative guide. She talked about the history of Croatia as well as the palace. I was able to understand the palace’s place in history. She pointed out key details on the structure. I went with my 4 children & my mother, and we all enjoyed it. The 90 minutes went by very quickly.

I ended up leaving this tour early. The guide was very slow at giving information, seemed distracted, let others interrupt often, and kept having us move spots (e.g we moved three times in one location).
After the third stop, feeling like I’d learned little, and it already being past 1 hour on the tour, I left and decided to just walk myself around.

The address that was given to us to where the tour lady was was in a different location. I asked for our tour to be moved to a later time due to heavy rain but they did not accept to do that. We didn’t really get to enjoy our tour.

Dear, we are really sorry fopr the inconvinience. The meeting point for the tour is Golden Gates which are really easy to find. Also, we gave you an option to take any of teh existing group tours which are going 6 times a day. We are sorry we could not organise a private tour only for you because you got lost on the way to the meeting point. We also gave you an option of a refund and a free tour so there is as much as we can do, specially when the thunderstorm is in the city where all the sites are on the open.

Martha was friendly, professional, impeccable English. Very knowledgeable. I enjoyed hearing what brought everyone in the group to Split that day.
Probably not her fault, but we didn’t expect for a “private tour” to have 20+ people. The group was way too big. We wish we’d received a headset- the tour guide spoke clearly, but the palace was extremely crowded and we frequently lost track.
