Terrible – I arrived at 10:30 AM for the tour only to be told it was canceled.i east further told that I got notification the night before via text and email that it was canceled. This was not true. I showed the woman at the desk, my text and emails and she saw that I did not get any cancellation notice. I asked for a refund. She said I had to go and cancel my booking with GetYourGuide. It wasn’t thst simple as get your guide didn’t Receive any any verification that the tour was canceled. The people at the desk should be informed as to their procedures, send The book of agent and the attendant cancellation notice and be more accommodating. company. The lady at the desk kind of shrugged her shoulders and went on eating .

This tour was booked with Gray Line through Viator.
When we arrived at destination, they had no record of the tour being booked. They contacted a guide and advised they would be there shortly. After half an hour, we were advised that this guide was not coming and they had contacted another, however we declined .
Disappointing.
We sent an e-mail to Viator to request a refund, but to date we have not heard anything.

Rocco had excellent local knowledge, spoke good English with a sense of humour and made the tour very enjoyable. We took the evening tour which was a little cooler and quieter than attempting it during the day. The tour guide did not stick rigidly to the time limit - so we got more than we expected. Recommend it!

Split and the Castle of Diocletian is amazing. The tour guide was fun, the tour well paced and not too onerous. It was in the evening thus you avoid what can be a very hot and busy day. Easy to walk and part form non-slip shoes being required and not suitable for wheelchairs you will enjoy this and good value for money.

The tour was made by Toni, a local, who makes us feel at ease. He makes us feel like he is a friend who take us around the city. That's very pleasant. He has a good historic knowledge, and can also tell the real story of the people of the city. There were only 10 of us for the tour.
To improve the tour, I would recommand Toni to speak more clearly, be more precise in his stories, and make a clear distinction between his funny jokes keep the fun, that's really pleasant and the actual tour information. It's mainly a question of making everything clear.

Based mostly in Diocletians palace this tour was fun and informative. We learned more from Toni in a few minutes than we would ever have found out on our own. Toni was a great guide, full of facts but so passionate about Split and his history. Highly recommended.
