What a wonderful day at sea with 3 hours on land. Our guide Achilles was very professional and keep the tour moving smoothly. We enjoyed our day very much. It was so nice to travel all the way around the island and get some history as we went. I would have like an extra hour on land in Capri but all and all it was worth the money.

The trip was advertised at a false price. I paid £75 per head, then nearer the time a message came through stating what wasn’t included which required an extra £50 per head to be paid on the day. These extra charges weren’t made clear when booking. As we were a family this added an extra £200 to the overall cost. We were not the only group to have not noticed the added costs. Viator should only advertise and sell it at the final cost- it’s very misleading.
Turns out I could have booked a boat trip in Sorrento nearer the time for 1/2 the price. Won’t book with Viator again.

Hello, Regarding the additional costs, these are mandatory fees, such as the Capri landing tax, and are not hidden charges. They are clearly listed in the "What's Included" section before the booking is completed, and they are also mentioned again in the booking confirmation and on the ticket you receive after your reservation.
Unfortunately, it seems this was simply a matter of the tour details not having been read carefully before booking.

The boat was clean and the crew was prepared and very very nice and attentive. The boat captain navigated the waves super well and the ride was beautiful and smooth. My sister was not feeling well and Diana was super sweet trying to help her feel better ! Highly recommend!

This is a great one day excursion to enjoy the island and the sailing. The host and sailer made it especially enjoyable and comfortable for all the attendants. Of course, the host paid a lot of attention to safety.

This experience is a must!!! There were so many excursions to capri we considered before finally booking and we are so happy with this experience. It was a small group tour so was intimate and informative and met some awesome people from all over the world. The guides, Pietro and his wife, were very knowledgeable and fun and had so many extras included that we didn’t know about. They provided prosecco, snacks, dessert, limoncello shots, and even tambourines to play with their music. They even took us to a separate port to avoid paying the docking fee and we got a meal out of it on the other side of the island. 10000/10 recommend this experience!!

We recently took this boat tour to Capri, and overall, it was a fun, safe experience that worked well for our family, with kids ranging in age from 4 to 17. However, the organization at the start of the trip was frustrating.
We were told to look for a "yellow umbrella" to find our meeting point, but no one actually brought the umbrella out until 10–15 minutes after we arrived at the marina. This forced us to walk around searching for them, and once we did locate the group, the check-in process took another 20 minutes. Between the search and the check-in, we ended up departing 30 minutes behind schedule.
Additionally, it is worth noting that no water or snacks were offered until the last hour of the the trip, so I would highly recommend bringing your own supplies for the journey.
On the positive side, the boat itself was very nice and comfortable. Our guide, Diana, was very pleasant and did a great job of taking pictures for us. While her English could occasionally be a little difficult to understand, she was helpful and provided plenty of great suggestions for what to do once we arrived in Capri.
Despite the disorganized start and lack of onboard amenities, it was an enjoyable day on the water and the kids had a wonderful time. If you book this tour, just be prepared to pack your own refreshments and keep an eye out for that umbrella!

We are, however, a bit surprised to read your comments regarding the initial organization, as it doesn’t fully match what usually happens on our side. We also supported you via WhatsApp at the time to help you locate the assistant at the meeting point.
We would also like to clarify that we always offer a small aperitif after the swimming stop. Regarding water or additional drinks, these are always available on board upon simple request to the assistant, who would be happy to provide them at any time.
That said, we truly appreciate your feedback and will certainly take your comments into account to further improve the check-in experience and overall organization at the start of the tour. Thank you again for choosing us, and we hope to welcome you back on board for another great day at sea!

We had the absolute best time on this shared boat tour. Our guides were amazing and the experience was unforgettable. Very nice boat and the views were incredible! Good recommendations from the guides and they took us to marina Piccola instead of marina grande and it was so beautiful! Definitely recommend and would do it again!

We had an AMAZING day on a semi private boat traveling from Sorrento to capri. While on the boat we saw the amazing caves and rocks and views of capri, we were also able to swim in two beautiful locations. We had about 3 hours for lunch and exploring capri. I recommend grabbing a taxi to anacapri to get the most out of your time there. The bus is cheaper but can take some time. The tour itself and the tour guides were absolutely fantastic, so friendly and kind and genuinely care to make it the Best experience for us! Definitely book!

The boat tour was amazing. My teens 14 & 17 loved it. Our captain Vitor showed us nice sports to swim. The only down point was that we spent time at a restaurant eating as soon we arrived at Capri and ended up having short time in at the island . We would do it again, but having a short snack and not spending time eating at restaurant:

It was really fun! Boat tour was great, and it was nice to be on the front of the boat. The restaurant the guides recommended right as we landed was a little more expensive than we would have liked. It also is totally fine to walk from the port to the central part of capri, but the guides made it seem like you should take the bus. However the bus only comes every 30 minutes and it does not even fit that many people. We bought round trip tickets but still ended up walking both ways.

Great experience. Taken round the whole island of Capri visiting the various grottos with good explanations.
Plenty of swimming time in a couple of locations, with beer, prossecco and soft drinks provided.
Dropped at Marina Piccolo rather than Marina Grande, so need to get a bus over. Although if dropped at Grande you queue to get to the harbour and still funicular up to the town.
Would definitely recommend.

the booking says be there 15 min. before departure time and we showed up before 8:45 am, but they didn't load the boat at 9 am, in fact at 9:20 we were still waiting for someone to show up, when I asked then they put me on a wrong boat and have to unload us because it was a private boat, after my complaint they switched me to another company's boat which don't have a stop at blue grotto, blue grotto was the main reason I booked with this company! the guide on the other company was very nice but still I didn't get to do the blue grotto, it was very disappointing. This company was not very organized, I felt cheated.
