I would highly recommend this experience to anyone wishing to visit the Amalfi coast. The crew were great and the tour guides provided excellent commentary throughout the trip and were very attentive and knowledgeable. David’s linguistic skills were superb! Do not miss the opportunity to explore Ravello once you are in Amalfi…incredible vistas!

Customers should know that tips are appreciated. Sometimes, people want to but aren’t prepared with euros. We opted for the optional Ravello bus trip which was great, we are so happy that we got to see Ravello and a chance to drive up and see the beautiful views!

The views from the boat of the coastline are outstanding. It is far superior to driving as the traffic makes road trips slow and the views are obstructed by other traffic and buildings.
The boat was well-appointed with both open-air and covered accommodation, depending on preference. They also sold water, soft drinks, beer, and some local liquors at reasonable prices.
The guides, David and Lucia in particular, were excellent and very helpful in providing detailed commentary about the sights we passed as well as in keeping the flock together on land.
The time provided in Amalfi was possibly excessive.
One very useful service was a pick up and drop to hotels in Vico Equense at a small additional cost.

Advertised as 1 hour in Ravello, 3 hours in Amalfi and 1 hour in Positano. There was traffic due to holiday weekend and we ended up spending over 3 hours in traffic to/from Ravello and didn’t get to go to Amalfi at all. Was told they were sorry and would issue a refund, which they did at 10%! But we missed 3 hours out of 5 for the town tours. I requested more refund and was told tour operator denied it. Very very unhappy as Amalfi was main reason we took this tour.

Boat trip over was smooth, but the return trip was very rough and a bit longer than expected. Don’t make dinner reservations too early. The boat was crowded and there weren’t enough interior seats when the spray from the bow wave was spraying over the seats on the sundeck. Ravello was lovely. Amalfi and Positano were both very crowded

We experienced a lot of waiting around and confusion prior to the pickup coach, and also a 30 minute wait for the boat to arrive. We also had a 10 minute walk from the coach, including an elevator, down to the port.

Our tour guide asked where we’re staying so they could arrange a meeting point close to us. They arranged a ride to the port instead of us having to figure out transportation. The tour was great. Plenty of time to explore the towns we docked at. We took advantage of the optional side trip to Ravello. Highly recommend this tour.

Guide was approachable and helpful. Gave QR code for little guides for the ports and clear instructions on what time to be back at the boat.
Boat trip was very nice and definitely better than going by road. Both ports were very picturesque to explore. Almalfi was very busy even in April.

Trip good but was cancelled on the day booked, shame as booked especially for wedding anniversary. On the day failed to dock in positano, sad as that’s what I’d wanted to see, but hey ho. Dealt with situation and got about 10% refund , time wise was appropriate but when it cuts 50% of places due to visit maybe not !

Great experience to see the Amalfi coast from the ocean, crew and staff were extra friendly. Had a great time! Tour guide helped us with transport arrangement once we arrive back at our departure site. Saved us from paying for a taxi. Extra kudos to him!

After a bit of trouble with the driver who picked us up at the hotel, we proceeded and the rest of the trip went very well. Gracious considerate guides met us at each part - the pickup to take us to the boat, on the boat, and at each stop [it was the same guide for the boat and the stops]. Everything was on time and well explained.

This tour was rescheduled at the last minute because of bad weather. I don’t know where the bad weather was because Tuesday was a picture perfect day. We got last minute notice of a change in pick up time. The driver was particularly grumpy and even shouted at one couple who had misunderstood the exact pick up location. He was so rude, blaming them for losing his next job. He dropped us off on the side of the road and we had to wait for 15 minutes for someone to meet us to walk us another 2 blocks to take an elevator to the harbour level. Again very little explanation about what was happening. At the harbour we had to wait for 45 minutes for a ferry. On the ferry there was limited narration over the PA system which was very hard to follow. This was a lot of money to pay for the service that we had.

Our original date was cancelled due to stormy weather but we easily rebooked for the next day. The tour operator was very helpful and responsive. This tour is a great way to see the Amalfi Coast as you should - from the water. We had enough time to explore Amalfi and have lunch. The boat ride takes a while which was only an issue when the rain came. It was a very enjoyable day regardless.

Transport was difficult to understand meeting place with little direction. A long wait time at ferry, expected a small boat not a ferry but it was informative on board. Would have preferred more guidance in Amalfi and Positano. Satisfscto in total

The boat ride around the Amalfi Coast was quite relaxing and beautiful. The first stop was Amalfi were we had the best pizza we have ever eaten at the Amalfi Terminal. We wanted to do the Ravello tour, but that tour had sold out... next time for sure! The shopping was a bit touristy, but there were some interesting shops. We did not venture into town, so I can't speak to that. The next stop was Positano. We stopped for an Aperol Spritz at one of the bars and did a bit more shopping. We returned to Sorrento in time to enjoy a nice dinner. All in all, a lovely day.

Not much time in Positano - one hour only - not enough. Guides gave scanty information and could have made the trip so much more interesting.

We had a good day. Well organised including transport to and from the port. 3 hours in Amalfi was great. Lots of places to have a drink and food. Lots of shops to purchase gifts including Limoncello
The only downside was that we couldn’t visit Positano. The weather was a bit stormy and it was too rough for us to get off the boat.

only one hour at each location wasn't enough. Tour was offered in 4 languages, but each stop the guides would talk to one group for several minutes before giving the other groups the pertinent return time and location. Super frustrating.

Thos was an excellent trip. Well organised, friendly staff and very enjoyable. We did the added Ravello tour and that had to be my favourite part, its so beautiful. Mario and Nello were our guides and were very good.

We enjoyed the tour, however I think we didn’t quite understand what it really entailed. We were expecting to get a little bit more of a history about the cities we passed by from the guide which we wasn’t exactly the case. This is more of a ferry than a boat tour/experience. You may be better off just booking the typical ferries so you can decide when to go and leave.
We also didn’t realize the port the boat left from was about 20 minutes from the main port of sorrento. Additionally, the description for the pick up location just said the port and did not say where at the port, what to look for, etc and there are various companies doing tours at the port. Nevertheless, the workers were kind, we just would maybe do the regular ferries next time!
