A blast! Very well organized tour and excellent customer service helping me get to the office. The Class II rapids were perfect, some thrills but also plenty of calm to enjoy the beautiful scenery. Guide was a true expert and good sense of humor. Loved that he took photos to share with us (free), so I didn't have to worry about losing my phone in the river. 10K or about 1.5hrs on the water was just right. What a fun way to get some exercise and be out in beautiful nature.

Need to improve booking/customer service

Please note this isn’t a review of the zip line experience but the customer service we received. So please take it in context. Our zip line experience was cancelled, quite rightly, due to thunderstorms. However in the first place we were sent to the wrong address EVEN after messaging the organisers multiple times to clarify. After it was cancelled the receptionist said she couldn’t help with re-booking or refunding as we’d booked via Viator. She wouldn't even tell us times/dates for other options and didn’t inform Viator they had cancelled which caused a big problem as we then spent an hour messaging the (much more helpful) Viator customer service to explain the tour company had just shut up shop and not changed the booking to ‘cancelled’ therefore triggering a refund. Sigh. We would have liked to keep with this company but it was SO badly organised (and such a time waster) and so indifferent we have now booked with another tour operator for 2 days time. Fingers crossed !

I enjoyed it but only reason wouldn’t rave about it was the water was shallow and meant the rapids/water rafting wasn’t as exciting. Although still managed to fall off the raft 😅

Fun morning on the Sava

We had a fun experience white water rafting, the rapids were very tame but that suited us. Our guide was really great & explained things about the environment & surrounds as we drifted along. Would recommend if you’re not looking for a real adrenaline rush.

Like lots of other people said, the rapids were very mild (although 1 person did end up in the drink), but the team still made it fun. Chaotically organized at first but they all did a wonderful job getting everyone in boats and providing instructions.

Amazing trip

This was a really well organised trip with the emphasis on having fun. We shared a raft with one other family, and our instructor made it the best experience. We loved paddling down the rapids - not too fast, but fun, especially when we went down backwards. We played a couple of games, and had a few opportunities to swim. We enjoyed body surfing along one bit where we got out the boat and drifted feet first down the river under a bridge. The sun shone and the scenery was beautiful. It was certainly one of the highlights of our holiday, and really good value for money.

Great fun and felt very safe. The guides were knowledgeable and steered the rafts really well through out the whole experience. The cabbie picked us up enroute and they took pics of us which they emailed too which were much appreciated. Highly recommend. Wear your swimmers. Bring a towel and expect to enjoy 2 hrs rafting down a beautiful river.

Well organised, guide was excellent, had a laugh with us whilst always maintaining safety. Due to the clean up after recent floods, the river wasn't bright blue, but this couldn't be helped and in no way detracted from the experience. Highly recommend.

Really fun experience. Even you can swim in some parts of the river but be awre it's really hard to go back to the boat. Edges are quite slippery. You are able to do body surfing too. 100% recommended for families with young kids

I would highly recommend this trip to anyone looking to see more of Slovenia's countryside while having a great time in a raft! Our guide kept us laughing all the way down and had loads of cool info about the area. The rafting wasn't too much effort so could be enjoyed by total beginners, children or older folks alike. I would recommend going for a refreshing dip on the way down!

Very well organised rafting on the Sava river. We were picked up and dropped off at out hotel. Good equipment was provided and very nice and competent rafting guides. A great day out with white water, swimming in the river and splashing fellow rafters.

Both the tour operator and the instructing staff were way above average for our booking. Great communication, a free shuttle service to and from the start/end location. I left my hat in the wrong minibus and the company found it and returned it personally to me. Great guys thank you.
