A great way to see the less touristy parts of Shanghai. Cycling the city is pretty easy but some of the locals don't really follow the rules but they seem pretty adept at dodging you! Summer was an excellent guide who gave us great insight into Chinese culture and the history of Shanghai. Communication with the company prior to the tour was excellent. We travelled to the starting point by the metro and it was an easy 5/10 minute walk from exit 3 of Changping Road. Would recommend.

My Our Shanghai bike tour was an epic way to experience the city. We started our day at Cute Cube with a coffee before hopping on our bikes. I was amazed by the variety of food and drink options in the area; I really wish I'd had time to try the American BBQ, Smoken' hog place next door!
I loved cycling through the city. The roads were so organized and beautiful, lined with huge-leaved trees on either side. Honestly the leaves were huge! The area has nice sports parks integrated throughout, and we even stopped at one to play some jianzi. The route took us along picturesque riversides, where we stopped by many nice bridges to take pictures.
We saw so much history along the way. There was a historic Sihang Warehouse memorial museum building that still had bullet holes in it from a battle many years ago, and many other historical buildings—some Chinese and some clearly influenced by Western colonial architecture. We did some shopping and snack tasting; the onion fried bread was tasty, and a White Rabbit icelolly really cooled me down after all the cycling.
We checked out the new famous Louis Vuitton boat and visited a beautifully kept temple before finishing the tour. To end the epic day, our guide recommended some traditional Shanghainese food.
Our guide also new all the good cocktail cityscape viewpoints. We ended up going to the Conrad hotel's Muse Penthouse for a nighttime view of the Bund.
If you are in Shanghai and want to see the area in a unqiue and fun way, Our Shanghai's well planned tours are a perfect way to see the city up close! The tour guides really know where best to go based on what you want to do. Can't wait to visit again and explore a new part of this young and modern city!

This tour was fantastic! Thanks very much to our host who was friendly & knowledgeable. We loved the food and learned a lot about the non-touristy side of China! Would 1000% recommend.

A good balance of busy adventure and moments to relax. Our host showed us some really cool spots and I felt we got to see a side of the city we never would have otherwise!

Having lived in China for a number of years already and visited Shanghai for work and leisure lots of times before, this was a really cool way to see a part of the city that I hadn’t seen before. Learning a bit of the history of the areas of the city, whilst trying out local food in some lesser known spots and watching everyone else go about their lives was a great experience. The guide did a great job of making sure there was a good balance between the food (which was amazing) and sharing stories of the areas we visited too.
