Good appetizers and a bit of history insights

It was a good experience, we learned small historic facts about the place we were visiting. A very friendly and caring guide, and a nice group of people. Just thought we would have a bit more ugly foods to savour, but for a starter it was very good and opened our appetite for more food. Good recommendations, actually going to visit the market today and buy some spices!!

Not so ugly - definitely delicious

Fabio was a great host and is a wealth of knowledge. It was a wonderful experience. The food was delicious and only mildly ugly. The best part is that these aren't the everyday, best-known tapas for tourists. We were taken off the beaten path. Wonderful!

Interesting and delicious tour

We had an excellent guide - Julia - on this tour. She gave us a lot of historical information on both Seville and Triana as well as the interesting and delicious foods. Julia took us to places we would have never discovered on our own. We were introduced to foods that are traditionally eaten for tapas. And the foods were definitely unique and delicious. This was an interesting experience that I would recommend if you’re interested in trying new (to me) foods!

Great fun and informative tour

We attended this tour and found the guide to be passionate and knowledgeable with lots of interesting information about both the history and the food of Seville. Good food and drink choices allowed us to taste items we may not normally choose in locations frequently by locals. Good value trip

If you want a 1/2 hour...

If you want a 1/2 hour history lesson standing in the cold and waiting even before you get ready to go the restaurants they have lined up, this is definitely for you. If you want to explore eating and drinking with new people and socialize…then no, do not go on this tour.

Hi Scott, thank you for your review since we defintely will not like to have rude and non well educated people in our tour. You were very disrespectful fro,m the very beggining while interrupting our guide constantly asking her if it was a "history tour or a food tour" (by the way, you have ALL that information about what the tour is about on the activity`s profile, so it is listed and you should have read it before hand instead of coming and then being disappointed), Also, waiting in the cold, it is December and you are doinga food tour, so that says a lot about you. Makes no sense, what did you expect? To be warm during 2h30min in a food walking tour? Also, you left withouth saying goodbye to anyone, including our guide which it was very mean to her and she looked for you a while until some other of tour told her you left. That is very rude since the guide is a employeed of us and we are the ones designing the experience not her so it was not ehr fault you did not like the tour, so it was very bad from you to leave without telling her. So please, future customers who are thinking about booking this tour, if you are like Scott, do not come since you will noe have fun however if you want to enjoy about the connection between spanish gastronomy and its history, definetely book this tour and we would be glad to have you with us.

Leuke tour, eerst naar de markt in Triana en daarna naar 1 restaurant in Triana. Meer dan genoeg eten, het duurde ongeveer 2 uur, dat was zeker lang genoeg voor iedereen om de buik vol te eten. Grote pluspunt is dat je dingen proeft die je normaal nooit zou bestellen en over het algemeen was de kwaliteit goed. Smaak is voor iedereen anders.
