We opted for this to provide an ease of travel for our 84 year old grandmother and our experience was great! Our driver Daniel was so kind, so polite - helping load and unload the bags, opening car doors. He took us to a great local place to have lunch at in Evora. He was a great driver, always felt very safe - communicated with the agency often. Communication all around was great using WhatsApp.

Terrible Van NO AC

Good driver… terrible car, no AC made the trip really unpleasant and uncomfortable. Not Good presentation as a private transfer company.

I am very sorry Hugo if you were uncomfortable on this trip. This is certainly not a service that we use to arrange. I'd like to clarify that all our cars have well functioning AC. We live in warm climate and without AC life would not be possible. The main issue is that you had too many pieces of luggage and had already difficulties with other transfer companies too. If you check the tour page you can see the exact luggage capacity. On a last minute basis, you asked us to arrange a larger van to accommodate your luggage and we tried our best to adapt to it changing cars. I explained that for your luggage you might need a minibus with a different price. To avoid the extra costs mutually we decided to take the van but you had too many suitcases and put your luggage in the front seats. This is illegal and you could have missed your entire transfer if we did not show flexibility with that. Having an overloaded car with luggage in the front might have caused that the passengers in the back seats didn't get enough air. From what I know, there were only those people sitting in the back seats who felt warm and not the entire car. We also offered a partial refund as an apology but you asked for a full refund which obviously is not fair. I hope you take this into consideration on your future travels and are more realistic about what can be done and not. I am sorry if this time your trip was not as enjoyable as it usually is.
