We were four adults arriving and the company arrived with a Mercedes sedan. Any logical person would assume that four people had four bags. Even if they had all been carry on luggage they would never have fitted in the boot. We had to put our large suitcases on our laps which was appalling service for the price we paid.

The driver could not find our hotel, Suites Des Maestros, and he dropped us off on the street. He directed us where to walk with all of our luggage, but it was not the correct location. We had to get help from a waiter at a local restaurant. I feel it was his responsibility to locate our hotel.
