Excellent. There were just the 2 of us in the tour. The company messaged us before saying it was a later start and confirmed starting point. Tour was excellent and Milana was a start. She tailored the tour to the places we had not seen. No complaints and would definitely recommend.

So much fun! We had quite an expansive tour of the city in just two hours. We always felt safe by traveling through parks and on bike lanes that were pretty wide. I highly recommend

The person guiding us was very nice and friendly. First time Segway for our family and he taught us one person at a time. He was very knowledgeable about Seville and took us through the tour safely. My kids loved the tour.

This was a great way to see the different parts of Seville. It was a hot day 38 degrees and the breeze created by the segway was awesome. We were able to cover many kilometers and view much of Seville. Would recommend this tour for everyone....myself and two daughters thought it was super fun!!

Have to be honest that I was a little anxious never had ridden a Segway before. I knew our 10 and 12 year old wouldn't have any problem but wasn't sure about me or my 74 year old father-in-law. Anyway, I should not have worried. After a little instruction from our tour guide and a little practice we were hitting the road with very little effort. As a matter of fact, at times you almost forgot you were riding something. It was very natural. The tour and tour guides were first rate. Very informative and funny and the amount of ground we were able to cover on the Segways was great especially since we didn't hear any whining from the little ones or didn't have to wait for the older ones to catch up. Definitely the right way to really see the city!

5 Stars!!! Unbelievably Great Customer Service!
If I could give more than five stars, I would! This Segway tour was loads of fun and the best way to see the city of Seville. Even better was the incredible customer service we got from Jetwalk.
We arrived in the city and had problems finding a parking spot for our oversized rental van. After calling the store and getting directions, we still found ourselves lost and our wonderful guide Doncho actually came out on his Segway to meet us at an intersection and then personally led us to a parking lot that could accommodate us despite that we were now an hour late. He was like a Segway angel rolling up and saving us!
We were all a little frustrated and stressed at this point and I figured wed end up getting our tour cut short. But since there wasnt another tour scheduled after our group, Doncho still gave us the full 2-hour tour with a smile and humor which totally made our day. I cant say enough good things about this company!
We were a group of six adults, two had never ridden a Segway before and Doncho was a master at showing them the ropes and making sure they felt comfortable and in control. As far as the tour goes, we had an awesome time and Doncho was entertaining as well as knowledgeable giving us a history lesson of the city. At the conclusion of the tour, we were invited us back in the store for drinks and snacks. Doncho even gave us suggestions on where to eat and try traditional orange wine.
If youre looking for a great way to see the city, choose this tour with Jetwalk and you wont be disappointed! My only word of advice is if you are driving, scope out the parking situation beforehand if youre not familiar with the area. The roads are narrow and there is no parking directly near the shop navigation didnt help us much. Perhaps Jetwalk can include parking locations on the voucher in the future.

Visite guidée en français et nous remercions Miro, notre guide, pour tous les efforts qu'il a fait pour nous parler en français en l'absence pour congés de la guide francophone officielle. Nos échanges nous ont aussi permis,de notre côté, d'améliorer notre espagnol.
La visite a été très intéressante avec pleins de petits conseils pour visiter Séville. L'utilisation du segway nous a permis de voir beaucoup de choses du centre historique jusqu'à la place d'Espagne.
Coté organisation très bien : port du casque avec charlotte jetable, Miro avait des bouteilles et nous en a proposé au cours du trajet, au retour une boisson nous a été offerte.
