Not what we paid for

We paid for a vehicle that would seat 5 and accommodate all of our luggage. We were picked up by a regular car service that could only accommodate 4. The driver had to come back to the airport to pick up the remaining 2 guests! We had to wait 50 minutes before he returned. Terrible experience in 100° temperatures! When we contacted Viator to complain, they Forwarded our complaint to Elife car services. Elite responded to me by email that there was nothing they could do, to contact Viator! Professional and reliable service

Francisco, the driver, was at the airport waiting for me. He had a table with my name on it. I found Francisco to be professional and kind. On the way to the hotel, he talked to me about the city and recommended places to visit. Highly recommend.
