Don’t Waste Your Time

They weren’t expecting us, even though we’d booked in advance through Viator. There was no offer of a helmet, no one asked or checked if the seats were the correct height, no maps, directions or guidance was given. In fact, the customer service was none existent. The bikes were in terrible condition, my seat kept spinning to the side whilst I was cycling. The only positive, it was cheap - I guess you get what you pay for!

Hello! Great spot to pick up high quality bikes for a ride around Sevilla. Highly recommend. Team was greeting, flexible and accommodating; they waited for us before going to lunch at 14:00(which is a huge thing for then…)

We really enjoyed our bike experience in Sevilla! Sevilla is a great city to explore via bike with an excellent bike path system throughout the whole city! The rental included a standard city bike (which was more than enough for the terrain in Sevilla) with 7+ gears and a lock for the bikes. The staff of the bike rental company was very friendly and pick-up and return of the bikes was very easy. They even allowed us to keep the bikes one hour longer, due to their lunch break in the afternoon - which was greatly appreciated! We highly recommend this company if you want to have an affordable bike experience (3h rental for only 6€!) in a lovely, bike-friendly city!

Bikes, price and the staff was good. We reserved the bike the night before and at 10 am next morning the store was not open as should. We had to wait 20 minutes after making 2 calls. Another challenge was that the store closes certain times but you so get notified. Staff was friendly and even use of the toilet was included...

Eine Stadt mit dem Fahrrad zu erkunden erweitert den Aktionsradius ganz ungemein. Viele neue Aspekte und Gebiete, die wir sonst nicht kennengelernt hätten. Preisgünstig, einigermaßen vernünftige Fahrräder, netter Service, Karte, Helm, Schloß, Halterung für Gepäckträger und Handy konnten ohne Aufpreis ausgeliehen werden. Sevilla ist relativ fahrradfreundlich, es gibt Fahrradwege und Spuren.

Las bicis muy descuidadas y los chicos que atendían, aunque amables, no sabían nada de bicis. Cuidado con la reserva de "bebé" (6-11), te quieren dar sillita en vez de bici, al final nos dieron la bici para nuestra hija de 10 años pero tuvimos que estar un rato. No sé si es un problema de la página o del servicio, pero no hay otra opción para una niña de 6-11 años más que la de "bebé (6-11)" y, obviamente, no puede ser en sillita. Sevilla en bici es maravillosa, pero quizá este no sea el mejor sitio para alquilar.

Estimado cliente como se le explico en tienda,usted alquilo 4 bicicletas y solicito una silla para bebe,pero con 150 cm de talla que tiene su hija no puede ir en una silla infantil que es lo que tiene coste 0 y aun siendo generosos y no cobrándole nos regala una mala valoración ,muchas gracias.

Bien situé, proche de la mairie. Accueil sympathique et efficace, parle Anglais et quelques mots de Français. Vélo en état très correct Et suffisant pour se balader. Nous avons pris 6h de location ce qui laisse le temps d’une belle ballade le long du canal de Séville et de belles pauses.
