The car that arrived was not a minibus but a small car. We were 4 adults and it was very uncomfortable, especially for 3 adult persons that were on the back row.

Dear client, You booked a transfer to Setenil de las Bodegas and Ronda just one day in advance, during peak high season, when all larger vehicles such as minibuses were already fully booked. The vehicle provided was a VOLVO XR 40 2026, a car with less than 30.000km. We always do our best to accommodate last-minute bookings, but options can be restricted. For future travelers, we strongly recommend booking in advance and contacting us directly by email or visiting our office next to the Cathedral, as clear communication is key to ensuring the most suitable vehicle. Additionally, the service extended beyond the agreed time, which we did not charge for. However, we would also like to mention that the driver reported the interaction during the service as not respectful. Kind regards.
