I've always enjoyed cooking ,baking and trying to master different cuisines .Laura, our instructor chef, showed us new techniques and gave us insight to the origins of paella. It was a complete meal consisting of gazpacho, a spinach garbanzo side dish, sangria and a refreshing lemon ice cream, mint and Cava dessert!
It was a very fun evening meeting people from around the globe and sharing our mouth watering Spanish creations!

What an amazing experience I highly recommend doing this cooking course especially if you want to learn how to cook proper and crunchy Paella both our hosts were amazing and the experience was 10/10

My husband hates cooking, but surprisingly agreed to join when I mentioned he can just watch and drink sangria. Little by little he got involved in to preparation and seems like enjoyed the rest of the class. We both had fun!
