Lovely setting in a park, small class and helpful teacher. Explained about the history of mosaics . Clear instructions on how to cut the tiles etc and very patient

This is a good experience to unwind and soak in the culture in Seville. Viki was so nice and recommended so many things to do around. Mosaic just helps to zone in a relax mind. Thanks Viki! We brought back home a good souvenirs rather than just buying one!

Participated with my daughters - 16 and 13. This was an enjoyable experience to learn about the history of the Triana market and the art and meaning of mosaics. An enjoyable conversation with Viki and an opportunity to do something different with a souvenir that has the memory of a unique experience behind it.

I absolutely enjoyed this activity and would 10/10 recommend it to everyone. The 2 hours with Viki flew by. She was very nice, and I felt as if I was chatting with a longtime friend. Making the mosaic itself was relaxing, and I am so excited to have a handmade souvenir to remind me of my summer in Spain.

This was the best activity I’ve ever done on a trip. I cannot recommend enough! Viki was so flexible and found a time to meet with me after I got unexpectedly sick. We sat in an outdoor bar surrounded by locals making art. I absolutely love my mosaic and cannot wait to show it off at home.

We had a fantastic experience- sat with Viki in an outdoor bar and had a very zen time making mosaic. Neither my partner or I had done anything like it before, but we barely noticed the time passing. Viki was very knowledgeable about the history of mosaic and, most importantly, a very good teacher of novices. Communication before the event was prompt and helpful. I would definitely recommend and if we come back to Seville, we would do this again! Lovely keepsake tiles which she packaged easily for us to transport-before we went I was worried they’d be wet but they aren’t and we took them wrapped with us when we left the experience. One of our favourite things we’ve done whilst travelling- particularly nice for a change of pace if you’ve done lots of walking and sight seeing!

This workshop is a gem! I went with my 12 yo daughter as we really wanted to explore not just the food and the history of Seville but its amazing art too. It took place in the corner of the Triana market, a place full of wonderful vibe and history. Viki is pure joy and a great guide. She makes you feel at ease no matter the age or capability. She is very knowledgeable (archeologist specialised in mosaic) and went the extra mile to make sure everybody has a great experience no matter the age (she even had specially made props for a 3 year old!). We loved the history of mosaic, the meaning of various shapes and colours and really enjoyed making our own tiles - not easy but a LOT of fun. Thank you Viki for this beautiful memory!!

Wow what a great experience! Vicki was so friendly and even showed us a bit of the market (where the class took place) and gave us some recommendations of the area. The class itself was chill and laid back. Vicki will walk you through the steps of making the tile, you can get as creative as you want! We probably spent 2 hours making our tile. Vicki was extremely attentive and kind throughout the entire process. The only complaint is we have is that we wish there were a few more colors available for the tile pieces, there was only blue, gray, red and white when we went. We loved this class & would highly recommend it.

Viki was an excellent teacher and lovely person to spend time with. She gave us a little history of mosaic, tiles, and ceramics, as well as a lesson on making our own tiles. She provided helpful tips and was lovely to chat to. She went above and beyond and informed us of local activities, places to go, and festivals of interest. We had not only a lovely 2 hours with Viki, but a lovely evening thanks to her recommendations. And to top it off, we left with our own handmade tiles! A perfect souvenir that goes beyond a boring trip to the tourist shop. I recommend this to anyone looking for a fun activity with a local ☺️ thank you Viki!

We had a lovely morning with Viki creating and learning in a beautiful place. The kids had fun working with their hands and taking breaks to play on the playground with local kids. My husband and I really enjoyed talking with Viki and learning about life in Seville and of course tile making throughout the centuries.

Viki was just amazing. She let us and walked us to our activity location, while on the walk we got some history of Seville and some recommendations of where to go. The activity itself was great fun, she taught us well and we both really enjoyed making the tiles. Two hours flew by. Highly recommend this as an activity is making things in your thing.

We did this activity in couple with our 8 months baby.
Viki did a fantastic job with us and played with the baby while we were doing the activity.
She had one eye on us, the other one on the baby.
She took time to explain, help, and teach us.
You can reserve without doubt, it’s a good activity to know more about Seville, talk about restaurant, places, etc…

Vicky is very organized, friendly, and clearly explained how to create our mosaic tilesA. As we walked from the University to the park where the class was held, she told us about the history of the buildings, etc. The tiles are a nice, personal reminder of our trip to Spain the all the beautiful buildings we saw. What a fantastic experience! I learned about the history of Seville and the Moorish/Arabic influences of Seville and the surrounding areas. The instructor was as knowledgeable as she was patient!

This was a great activity for a family looking to take a break from traditional tours for a few hours. The class meets in the Triana market so depending on when you book—the market would also be worthwhile to explore. Our instructor was native to Seville and was interesting and made our mosaic tile projects fun.

My wife and I enjoyed our mosaic making activity with Viki as a nice change of pace and a good opportunity to rest our legs from the 2hr walking tour we'd done in the morning. We sat outside a cafe/bar in a pretty park near plaza espana and had a very peaceful hour or two of cutting and sticking the mosaic pieces to make a square tile. We certainly could appreciate the skill and effort that must have gone into the mosaics at the Real Alcazar and plaza espana back in the day! This is a slow paced mindful activity so if you enjoy puzzles, painting, etc you'll enjoy this. Viki is easy to chat to and was good to spend time with a Sevilla local to get a better appreciation for the city and spain as a whole.

We had such a fun time making a tile in Seville. You dive right in and go hands on. Unfortunately neither my daughter nor I seem to have missed our calling and so we will gladly continue to marvel at other tiles now that we know how they are made. This is definitely a fun, unique and special way to spend time in Seville.

I attended the course with a friend. We had a lot of fun and were very relaxed afterwards because we were so focused on our tiles.
It was very interesting to learn how mosaics are made and to be able to try it out for ourselves.
Viki gave us very good tips and also gave us a lot of freedom to be creative ourselves.
She is a super nice, interesting and funny person and very good at teaching.
We liked her and the course a lot!!
