How can one find so much bad information on a ticket?

It could have been nice if we had the right address. The address on the ticket was wrong. We called the number indicated, no one answered us. Conclusion we turned back for the other address. Obviously the person was not at the appointment that normally went to a bank that no longer existed. After a delay of 40 minutes we finally found the studio. Normally it was indicated that the person spoken French, this was not the case. So we didn't get the whole course. The accumulation of this false information has meant that the experience cannot really be appreciated.
