Onze excursie was allereerst anderhalf uur uitgesteld! Dan wist onze gids niet eens wat we gingen bezichtigen 😟 We hadden de heilige paasweek geboekt: alle kerken waren gesloten en we hebben niet 1 processie mogen bekijken, wat we wel kregen is een rondleiding door Casa de Pilates waar over elk mozaïek steentje een uitleg kwam maar dit had totaal niks met de Pasen te maken 😡 We hebben nog een stukje door het centrum gewandeld en kregen totaal andere dingen te zien dan wat de excursie inhield en hebben hier een behoorlijk bedrag voor neer moeten tellen: al met al, men krijgt niet wat er beloofd wordt: een flinke tegenvaller en dat niet alleen in onze portemonnee!!! Wij eisen dan ook bij deze ons geld terug . We laten het hier niet bij zitten 🤬

Thanks for your review. I can understand you are very dissapointed, although in case you read the description of the tour you will be able to understand the Casa de Pilatos is the origin of the Holy Week, and it´s a tour we do have the year long, with and without processions. Holy Week is a very hard time for us, as mostly of the churches change their timetable, and we try to addapt the tours to what is expected to be open. I do remember you agreed to pospone the tour, as a 14.00 there were no processions ready to leave, as I explained you on the phone. I´m very concerned you expected us to take you to the processions, but I insist, please, read the description of the tour, not only in this case, but everytime you book something online.
