Private Guided Tour in DMZ with Lake (Optional Incheon Layover)

My wife and I are traveling on a Regent Asia cruise. One of our stops was in Seoul. My wife asked if we could visit the DMZ, I guess she had watch one too many MASH reruns. Well I booked a trip with Brand X tour agency also from Viator. I called on the first day of our cruise to confirm our pick up and a send X said we can’t pick you up at the Incheon International Cruise Terminal. I said why as they had accepted the tour. They said they can’t and refunded my money. Given we were only 6 days away from our docking in Seoul, I found his new agency. They warned me it would be hard to get tickets to the DMZ on short notice, but Soo our tour guide never gave up and with an effort only matched by trying to get tickets to popular K-Pop group he came through! From The start Soo was awesome in answering my wife’s 10,000 questions and showing us all there is to see at the DMZ. He was so good I kept Soo to help us see Seoul the next day. We had 2 great days and learned an incredible amount about Korea’s history. We would recommend Soo To everyone who wants a personal and personable tour guide!
