BB, our tour guide was fabulous. The tour itself was great, but she made it so memorable. She was able to accommodate my request to go rent a hanbok. She made plenty of time for us to get dressed, head to the palace, visit while taking in the history. Along the way, she took some memorable pictures for us during our promenade.
We saw the Blue House, and made time for us to go to the N Tower. She was very professional and kind to my kids.
The driver was also phenomenal.
Ask for BB.

I booked this tour two-days in advance.
Quite risky! But Viator (and Seoul City Tour, with Felicity) pulled through! Communication was a breeze, through Viator and then Whats App. Once Felicity, our tour guide, was assigned to our private group, she reached out through What’s App. We met up as planned, and went over the customized itinerary I had chosen. She let me know what would/wouldn’t work, time wise. And then we were off!
Felicity is fluent in Korean, English, Chinese, and a little bit of Japanese. She was super kind and friendly, and was able to answer most all of the questions we posed to her.
I would absolutely recommend This Tour (or similar, through Seoul City Tours…. And ask for Felicity!). Great value for the price. Private vehicle pickup at our hotel.

It's an intense 4 hours of brief history of Korea past. Super grateful to out tour guide BM and driver Jinwook, especially for going all out in dropping us in ace hardware to buy an bonding adhesive, as 1 of our luggage got a small crack ( polycarbonate)
It's this tiny details like makes the experience much appreciated.

Joonie our tour guide was fantastic when she took my wife and I on a 4 hour tour of Seoul. She came alonh with a very good driver. She was professional, very knowledgeable and spoke very good English. My wife wanted to see the changing of the guards before the tour of Gyeongbokgung Palace and not only did Joonie know where to stand to take best photos but after the event she got us to follow her quickly so that we could get a photo with one of the guards. As we drove around Joonie pointed out the various land marks. She booked ahead visit to the Blue House but although we drove passed it we ran out of time to go inside. She was very accomodating to us oldies who found steps a bit challenging. Overall although short our tour was great thanks to Joonie! Highly recommended

Joonie was a wonderful, thoughtful guide. Her tour and explanations were well prepared and interesting, and she was very attentive to our needs. The private tour enabled me to cater/customize the tour to my family, and having a van drive us around was a lifesaver during the summer heat. Thank you Joonie and our driver (I think it was Mr. Bae?) :D
