We did not know the lay of the land, but if you’re staying anywhere near Seminyak, legian etc… it first takes you up about 45 minutes to an hour north then two hours and a half hours south to the next spot. Our lunch was spaced out between 11:30 AM and 8 PM for dinner. We had a language barrier with our guide so we really did not get too deep into conversation about what we were looking at. They were also not aware of the tides so we were not able to go walk to the temple. That was the main reason for us going (tanah lot).
After an accident on the road, we asked if it would make sense to continue the trip because it said it was going to rain heavily at the beach by the time we got there. The guy told us there were lounge chairs, and the weather was fine, we got down to the bottom of the stairs, and there were no lounge chairs and it downpoured…. to the point where the entire beach cleared out once the flooding stopped coming down the stairs. We understand the weather in Bali can change, but it was literally three minutes after he dropped us off and told us to go down the stairs so we were just stuck down there because it immediately rained for the next 45 minutes which was more than half our time.
After getting back to the car with our wet clothes, we mentioned that there were no lounge chairs, and it just poured on us and he told us that the fire dance that we were going to see would be raining heavily too so we just asked to turn around and cut our trip early.
10 hour trip, 20 minutes at one temple 20 minutes at another temple and an hour at the beach. The rest of the time in the car.

You are correct about the travel times: it takes about 45 minutes from Kuta/Legian/Seminyak to Tanah Lot Temple, and about 2.5 hours from there to Uluwatu.
Regarding Padang Padang Beach, the lounge chairs are operated by local vendors. Unfortunately, because of the rain, they were not set up that day. Usually, there are plenty of chairs available when the weather is nice.

We had a great day exploring some of Bali’s most iconic temples, all thanks to our incredible driver and guide, Gusti eka. Our tour started with a visit to a temple in Mengwi, followed by the Tanah Lot Temple with its dramatic seaside setting. We ended the day at Uluwatu Temple, where we enjoyed the spectacular Kecak Fire Dance at sunset.
Gusti went above and beyond to make our day smooth and enjoyable. He not only drove us safely between sites but also arranged our tickets in advance, helped us avoid long queues, and even found a lovely spot for lunch. He also took us to a coffee tasting, which was a fun and unexpected bonus.

This is a very long day. But we had a great time. The only part we didn't like was the show, it was not good.
We stopped at 3 temples, had lunch which was very nice and dinner on the beach which was also very good.

Really enjoyed this tour. You do spend a bit of time in the car due to traffic so you need to be prepared for that. The sites we saw were great and our guide Kadek was lovely. Highlight was the Kecak Dance. It was awesome

Fun packed day! appreciates them letting me do this solo. Guide was super nice. Only thing I didn’t like was getting pass to a local guide at the money forest who happens to also be the souvenir shop owner so she took you into her shop at the end of the tour.

Booked this trip through viator and the experience was absolutely wonderful! It was a FULL day event but jam packed with great sights, food, and experiences. We absolutely loved our driver and guide Audr (sounds like Yudar)- he was so kind, helpful, and provided good insights during our tours around the different temples. We loved that he came early to pick us up and tried to get us from each stop in a timely manner. Highly recommend- wish we could do the experience all over again!

My guide told me a lot about the places we visited, gave me plenty of time to explore, took great pictures, was friendly, and was dressed in traditional Bali dress.
The tour was a full day, ending with a peaceful seafood dinner on the beach. It was a wonderful day.

Admittedly this week is also holiday time for Indonesians so the traffic congestion is worse than usual, however, the combination of the sites visited meant we spent most of the time in a hot poorly air conditioned car, waiting in gridlock traffic. Our "guide" was really just a driver with limited English - very nice and friendly and wanted to please but we would not recommend this excursion.

Our driver Gusti picked us up as arranged and provided a fun filled day with no hassles and could not have done anything more for myself and 3 friends. He was a very experienced driver and looked after us and ensured we saw everything as promised. He was very informative, easy to understand and a very nice gentleman. I would highly recommend this tour and Gusti for anyone wanting a taste of Bali and everything it has to offer.

Tout était très bien sauf le dîner du soir qui n'a aucun intérêt. Vous annoncez repas fruits de mer mais c'est du poisson et pas top du tout. Le lieu aussi n'est pas beau, saké et trop de monde. Perte de temps. A éviter !
Le chauffeur très sympathique et à l'écoute. Dans l'ensemble c'était très bien .
