A good ride to airport

It was perfect! On time pick up from hotel and drop at the airport. There were two options for the roads leading to airport, one with toll buth and one without it as we were travelling from Ubud to airport. The driver asked us which road we want to take. There was transparancy in his communication which was appreciable.

Terrible service. Driver no show.

Driver no show. No contact from the driver on WhatsApp. I walked up and down looking at all the signs over and over, I couldn’t find my name. Walked out onto the street. Still no driver. It shouldn’t be this hard. Terrible service. I won’t be back. Got a taxi costing $35AUD so all together my ride cost me $25 to Viator and $35 with a driver on the street. $60AUD or $600,000IDR. This is what happened the last time I booked with Viator coming to Bali.

Friendly driver who spoke great English

The driver we were assigned was friendly and punctual, and he spoke great English. Only notable thing was the car was slightly older and a bit on the smaller side, so we would struggle to add any more bags if we weren't travelling relatively light (for a family with a toddler).
