Absolutely fantastic service. Driver was polite, helped with our luggage, showed no frustrations despite being held up in baggage are for an hour. He was there with a smile and our name signs. This kind of service in a lesson to the Western cultures. Just pure courteous and affable demeanor.

Amazing service! Our driver Desman messaged us in advance with clear instructions, and then again on our arrival in Bali he messaged us to ensure we could easily locate him. Many drivers had just a paper handwritten sign but Desman had a high quality large page plastic sign (with our names printed on it l) making it super easy to spot him. As soon as we left the departure hall he took our bags and escorted us to the waiting car. As described in the listing, water was already set out for us. His car was large and spacious, and super clean and well kept. On our drive to the resort Desman provided us some friendly and easy to understand narration on the island of Bali, helping us to best understand the unique island. He also gave us tips on what was around our hotel and how to get around during our visit. This was the perfect start to our vacation and truly 5 star service.
