Deception at its best!!!!!

I had to leave a star in order to leave this review. My family and friends were beyond disappointed by the reality of this excursion and the deception. I have used Viator for all my trips and I have never been this frustrated. The place was very dirty with garbage all over the area and the water. The equipment for the water skis looked very outdated and unsafe. The guide sat us down and was trying to sell us more activities and when he realized we were not buying anything additional he walked away. We explained our disappointment and all the manager said was we read the website and we were not getting our money back. Please note that the pictures they show are not at all what the reality is. It took us 3 hours from our villa to get to this place and we sadly took ourselves back to our villa.

Dear Imelda, Thank you for your comment on Viator and regarding your disappointing we would like to clarify, if we already inform you we not provide pick up and drop off service from your hotel in Lovina but you willing to do the activity and to be pick up in Kuta by your own transport. On your arrival at water sport location it was true the beach is dirty because last night is raining and the beach community not clean the beach yet. The water sport staff already give the information of the packages inclusion which is include Jet Ski, Parasailing and Banana Boat. You not do the activity yet but you already confusing and cancel all the activities. Our good willing is already refund your payment even we already book the water sport activity, the spa packages, kecak dance ticket and the dinner in Jimbaran.

We ended up NOT doing ANY of the activities. The beach smells horrible upon arrival and the water was filled with trash and debris. The water has bottles, bags etc. I took pictures and unfortunately this app won't let me post the pictures. It's my birthday. This place is very deceiving.

Amazing Day in Bali

Naya was the best driver/tour guide we had. He gave us all the tips on how to best enjoy our tour, got us to on spots on time if not earlier, and made sure everything was taken care of. The tour itself was amazing. Good food and fun activities but Naya made it even more amazing. Highly recommend this tour and him as a driver
