We purchased tickets on Viator for this excursion at Segovia Alcazar. When we arrived, we were told they were unable to honor those tickets so we paid for new tickets to enter. I contacted Via tour who has said they will not refund money as there was nothing wrong. I believe that they are in the wrong and should refund our money as we use them all the time in our world travels disappointing to say the least.

If the entry time is missed, access is not allowed by the venue, and this is strictly enforced by the attraction itself.
