This was an amazing experience! The operators were knowledgeable and fun. They spoke English and Spanish. The views were surreally beautiful. I still can’t believe how lucky we were to experience this. If you have the opportunity, you should absolutely do this.

This was such an incredible experience! Worth every penny. These guys did such a great job. They were professional, friendly and just went above and beyond to make it a memorable experience. They picked us up from our Airbnb (which I would highly recommend for a stress free morning). I would suggest using the restroom also right before you leave because you won’t have another opportunity to go until it is over. The views are amazing over Segovia. Couldn’t have picked a better place for a hot air balloon ride and the guys had everything timed perfectly to catch the sunrise. We are so glad that we chose to do this and felt safe the whole time! If you are on the fence about booking, just do it! You won’t regret it.

Great flight, experienced pilot and beautiful views. I chose the pickup from Madrid hotel option and the driver was there on time. Overall wonderful experience. The only downside is that I have not received the pictures nor video promised / included in the payment. I saw other reviews saying this and asked for assuarnce prior to paying for the booking and was told I would receive the pictures from them, but nearly a week later and still no pictures

They are all experience was pretty awesome. Would highly recommend. The guys were pretty awesome and professional.
But we didn’t realize that after the landing, it will take them good 30 to 45 minutes to wrap up the balloon and we have to hang around for that and only after that, there would be the certificate distribution and treats/cava.
I would recommend the operators to be mindful of the timing. Tourists have pretty tight schedules and any extra hour can chew up time for the upcoming commitment.

Regarding the duration, as stated on the booking platform, the estimated time for the full activity is up to 6 hours when including pick-up and return from Madrid. In your case, the experience did not exceed this expected timeframe. The post-flight process (packing the balloon, certificate ceremony, and cava toast) is a part of the overall experience.

Walking to the launch site from our hotel was a bit of a challenge in the dark with current construction on the main road and sidewalks near the site (equally affecting all vendors), but it all worked out with some directions in Spanish from a a very kind construction worker. We loved the balloon experience (flying over Segovia with the sun rising really was amazing), but the landing on a field of rocky soil was much rougher than we expected (basked tipped over after a hard bounce and a piece of the underlying frame even broke off). We managed fine and laughed it off, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone with cervical spine issues. On arriving home I received a video of the flight that I can't yet open (need a different app on my Mac apparently), but we got lots of great photos with our phones.

The fly was very relaxing. We saw the sunrise in the sky, close to the city which we surrounded two times in different altitudes. Both, take off and landing were very quiet and safe.
After the fly, the company gave us a little breakfast with local products and later the sent us a video of the complete experience.

If you are looking for a truly unforgettable experience on your holiday don’t hesitate, book this now. The hot air balloon ride itself was absolutely incredibly. Views in Segovia were breathtaking and the journey in the balloon felt safe the entire time. All of the folks working on this experience seemed professional, fun, and knowledgeable, which put us at ease as first time balloon-riders.
This experience, however, should not advertise brunch and cava. A few slices of cheese and salami with a couple crackers is hardly a bunch. Participates toasted to the experience, which was charming, but a sip (not a glass) of cava was provided.
The day before the experience the meet up time was changed from 08:00 to 06:45. We had already purchased train tickets so we’re disappointed in what felt like a sudden change of plans. Viator expressed that the change was due to climate conditions and offered to pick us up in Madrid with no additional charge. We lost the money we spent on the train and had to wake up much earlier than expected, but appreciated their assistance in finding a solution. Potential purchasers of this experience should plan to be flexible on the meet up time and not book any transportation that cannot be refunded. Or, opt to buy the transportation with the experience to ensure you’ll arrive on time.
Overall, I highly recommend the hot air balloon flight. It’s certainly an experience we’ll never forget!

It was an amazing experience. We got picked up from Madrid exactly on time. The drive to Segovia was less than 1 hour. The hot air balloon ride was one of the best things I've ever done! We went above the clouds and had amazing views over Segovia. The pilot was really good fun, he had us all laughing before/during/after. We were dropped back to Madrid before 12pm so still had the whole day afterwards. Again, I couldnt recommend this experience more!

Spectular view from the hot ballon! However, there was no toilet break at all until the petrol station heading back to Madrid. We could have enjoyed more if there was a toilet break!
As the tour goes straight back after the balloon, we stayed behind in Segovia city center and took public coach by our own

Great experience and took great pictures. Very difficult to get into the high basket and needed help. I signed up for a tour with an English guide, but the entire thing was in spanish and was incomprehensible, so the experience was not as good as I had hoped. I'm sure I missed interesting info on the sites, balloon, safety, etc. Disappointing.

Despite cold weather, we had a wonderful experience. The area over and around Segovia was absolutely beautiful. With close-up views of the medieval village, castle, cathedral and monastery. We also saw wildlife frolicking on the plains and in the meadows. The balloon was VERY large and there were 20 passengers in the basket, plus the pilot. We definitely repeat this experience.
