My tickets were not accepted. We could not get into the Alcazar Palace. So sad. This is so disappointing.

Buyer Beware - ticket only "tour." Poor follow through of the actual ticket.

Several problems with this Viator "tour" of the Segovia Alcazar. 1. The title of the tour says Segovia Alcazar Segovia entry ticket but unlike other ticket-only "tours," all you get is a reserved ticket, which you can easily get on your own by going to the ticket booth or by going to the Segovia Alcazar official website ... and for HALF the price. Why are we paying Viator 10€ per person to reserve a ticket??? 2. When you look at "What's Included," it mentions the Alcazar, Palace and Tower, and says no audio guide...But does not clearly state that there is no guide provided at all. So why am I buying this Viator "tour"? Other Viator self-guided tours clearly advertise them as self guided. 3. You get multiple emails about the upcoming tour with a button that says "View Tickets," but when you view them, they are NOT in fact the tickets, they are just a worthless "voucher" as the ticket taker informed me. I then had to contact customer service to have them send me the actual ticket which took more time and I almost missed my entry time due to all the time it took to communicate with Viator about not getting the ticket that they were supposed to send. 4. There's no cancellation, which was made clear but is also frustrating when their other tours allow for cancellation. 5. I had to pay extra for an audio guide through the official Alcazar office...So, again why is Viator offering this activity???

Really interesting and such a beautiful place. The artillery rooms were fascinating and the view from the Tower of Jusn were stunning. Definitely worth the time snd $$.

They changed the time of the visit and they didnt share the ticket to visit the segovia. I was obliged to buy new tickets and until now we didnt get refund.

Good Views from Tower

This castle is more impressive from the outside than inside. But the opportunity to get photos from the tower made it worthwhile. There is also a photo location behind the ticket office that is nice. A disappointment is that if you want to use the audio guide, you STILL have to wait in the ticket line to purchase it (even when you already have a ticket.) And a tip for taking the fast train from Madrid - get to the station early so you can figure out where to go. It is NOT very near the metro line.

If you like ancient castles, then you absolutely must see the Alcazar in Segovia. A Disney castle in real life. The castle is beautiful, breathtaking and intimidating all at once. And, the view from the tower is amazing.
