The entire staff is very kind and personal. They were very careful and considerate to make sure we knew everything that was going on as well as eagerly answered any and all questions we had.
They carefully explained all instructions, let us help in putting away the balloon (which was a ton of fun), taught us about the history of hot air balloons, and shared champagne and snacks with us as we all got to know each other.
The overall experience was great! Amazing sights, people, and a great opportunity to experience the beautiful Spanish country side in a super memorable way.

They carefully explained all instructions, let us help in putting away the balloon (which was a ton of fun), taught us about the history of hot air balloons, and shared champagne and snacks with us as we all got to know each other.

Long time ago we were planning about this trip - Hot Air Balloon Flight Over Segovia, but it was kind of scary for us… Finally, we did! What the great experience we had! First of all, was very nice to see Segovia city from the top, second of this, we proud of ourselves that we finally did!
We had very nice people with us flying together! We were laughed, made photos... Our pilot was very informative and gives us useful advises during the fly. Pilot's Team did our sky trip so-o perfect!
And we would like to name each member of team, who did our sky trip interesting, easy and safe.:

Hot Air Ballooning in Toledo was one of the most amazing experiences my family and I have ever had. Siempre en las Nubes was an awesome company to go with. They handled the logistics extraordinarily well. Everything went exactly according to plan. Our guide Jose was incredibly nice and outgoing. He picked us up right on time at 5am in Madrid and was even kind enough to drive us around Toledo for an extra 20 minutes looking for a place that was opened for coffee. The air ballooning itself felt very safe and well-planned. You could tell the crew had done this hundreds if not thousands of times before. The views were absolutely spectacular. The champagne toast afterwards was a great touch. Overall one of the most unique experiences we've ever had. 10/10 highly recommend and definitely fly with Jose & Siempre en las Nubes!

Very nice balloon ride but had a few issues. 1 They balloon fliers showed up to the field 30 minutes after they told us to and then it took them an hour to inflate. Seemed like there was a way to be more efficient with out time. 2 We were assigned a pilot but then we got a different one with no explanation. 3 We took off second but landed first 15 minutes less flight time than the other balloon. 4 The pilot awkwardly kissed every girl one at a time while giving a silly certificate. I wish they just let us go and enjoy the town. This just had a ton of wasted time. BUT enjoyed the time we were actually flying.

Jose, our driver, tour guide, AND pilot, was in front of our hotel exactly at 6:00am, as promised and we were off to Segovia. It was a crisp, clear and beautiful morning, and my 14-year-old son and I had never been in a hot air ballon before. We loved it, and we highly recommend this tour. Beautiful

What can I say that hasn't already been said? It was such a fun day - all of the staff were very friendly while professional. They kept us laughing. Although the wind wasn't accommodating and we weren't able to actually fly over the city, we were close enough for some excellent photos, and it was nice to simply look at open land, a rare sight in California. Our pilot, Cristian, was very informative and fun, which made the group in the basket friendly. Best thing was the landing! We landed smoothly, but the land crew was not able to get to us due to a fence. So, we lifted up again to move closer, and......ran into the fence. It was just a wire fence but it was sooooooo fun. We were screaming and laughing so hard we were crying! And then, we got to help them wrap up the balloon. So we felt like we were part of the crew. Experience of a lifetime!

It was an amazing experience. I especially recommend flying over Segovia because we literally were flying over the medieval city with fantastic aqueduct, cathedral and citadel. I made fantastic photos! The crew was very friendly and helpful!

Only one word for the whole experience: AMAZING!!! The trip was everything we expected. We ordered the pickup option from Madrid to Segovia and the ride was perfect, no problems. Once we were there at the departure point the expectation was freaking good. The flight was great, and the driver/pilot, Jose, was amazing. He explained to us how everything was going to be and we could enjoy the trip at its maximum. The drink after the flight has its on history, so one more thing that we learnt.

Fantastic adventure and we loved the whole experience of ballooning over Segovia. Well planned and organised and we couldn't have been happier with the experience and the people involved - Juan and Christian. Contact was made the day before and the pick up was right on time. We thought it was great value for money and would do it all over again. We were dropped off in Segovia after the breakfast so we could spend time in the town and make our own way back to Madrid - by train which is worth booking beforehand, or you need to do it online from Segovia.

Awesome, safe, magical, spellbinding. An unforgettable experience I will treasure forever. Floating up in the clouds, feeling such a sense of calmness as we view the castle, the aqueduct and the city of Segovia below us is simply breath taking. Booked solo with Siempre en las nubes and Jose, the pilot was so amiable, knowledgeable and such a professional along with Alfredo who handled the equipments that he removed any initial apprehensions I may have had that I wished I could have stayed up longer up in the sky. There was champagne, ham, cheese, certificate, photos and video afterwards. The 2 hours exploring the city before dropping me off the hotel was an added bonus. Much appreciated and definitely a must try!

This was an INCREDIBLE adventure. Hot air balloon ride was on the bucket list and I planned this day as I was on a Spain trip with my mom as a surprise. We opted for the pickup from Madrid, which I highly recommend as it makes the early morning much easier! The pilots - Jose and Christian - were fantastic the entire day. Friendly, chatty with my mom who only spoke English, fully reviewed safety and rules for landing, answered any questions you could think of and more. The setting up of the balloon was so interesting and the flight itself can't be described with words in one short review, but it was fantastic!!! Beautiful sunrise views of the castle, cathedral, and aquaducts as well as the backdrop of mountains and fields below of sunflowers and hay not a farmgirl, but it appeared to be hay... After the flight, we were actually set free in the town for an hour and a half - enough time to fetch a coffee and see the sights of Segovia up close. We headed back to Madrid happy and with lots of pictures to document the day. Gracias, Siempre en las Nubes!

This is a once-in-a-lifetime experience for me, and the company that provided this service in Madrid was absolutely wonderful! We'd toured all over Anadalucia, but seeing it from this remarkable vantage point was truly amazing. The entire trip went off perfectly as we floated above the beautiful village of Segovia, feeling almost angelic amid the silence of a gorgeous morning. It's certainly a 'must-do' tour!

this was the absolutely highlight in my weekend trip in Madrid. I would highly recommend everyone, who would like stay no more than two days in Madrid, to do this hot air balloon flight up in the cloud over the historical town, Segovia. it starts at early morning and finish before noon, giving you the most efficient itinerary and saving up enough time for you to visit Madrid city If you would like a weekend trip from London as we did. it might take you more than half a day to visit Segovia, as there's no direct train from central Madrid to there. the pilot was an absolute delight with good English and genius sense of capturing the happy moment using his “go pro”. the video and photos were developed in a very good shape, which much more than my expectation. the moments he filmed for us would recall the happiest time in Madrid.

Absolutely fabulous experience. José was an excellent pilot and so hospitable to everyone. He works tremendously hard to make everyone happy. The balloon ride was unbelievable... just make sure to dress for colder weather!

This was a beautiful, fun trip! We had to be up at 5am and it was quite cold in the morning, but it was well worth it, as the views from the balloon cannot be beat. Jose and Christian were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and hard-working. They made the trip that much more enjoyable.
