Chia Beaches Tour from Cagliari with van

I cannot say enough nice things about this tour with Claudia and Barbara. From the first contact by email after booking my excursion until the very end of the tour, both ladies were incredibly warm, friendly, and accommodating. I visited Cagliari while on a cruise, so we only had a limited time to visit and I was concerned about making it back to the boat on time. Claudia completely put my mind at ease and they worked around our schedule. The day before our arrival Claudia sent me a text message to confirm the tour, and I was also able to text message her once we disembarked so thats a I knew where to find her. She speaks excellent English and was very easy to understand. As far as the tour itself, we were picked up in a comfortable air-conditioned van with plenty of space for my group of four. The journey to the beach took about an hour, but Claudia pointed out sights and explained the significance of several points of interest along the way. The first beach we stopped at was more secluded with fewer beach goers. We were given a little over an hour to swim, relax, and eat lunch. There was a food stand with a good variety of sandwiches, snacks, and assorted beverages including beer. The prices were very fair. The second and final beach, which we were explained has been voted the best in the Caribbean two years in a row, was simply breathtaking. The sand was so fine and soft. The beach is very long, so even though there were lots of other people we still found a space very easily. Like with the first beach, we were given plenty of time to relax and enjoy ourselves while soaking up the Mediterranean sun. There was also a little bar to purchase snacks and drinks. After the tour was over and we returned to Cagliari, Claudia took extra time to show us back to the cruise port. She also gave some suggestions for traditional Sardinian foods we should try. Since we were limited on time and couldnt stop for a full meal, she showed us a wine and cheese shop in town so we could sample some of what the island had to offer. We ended up getting a cheese sampler with wine, and everything was delicious. The employee at the shop was also very friendly and helped us select our cheeses. I would definitely book another tour with Claudia and Barbara and would recommend them to family and friends. You will not be disappointed.
