Golfo Aranci has been home to a pod of dolphins for more than a decade and they can often be spotted in the waters of the bay. With this scenic boat tour, skirt the coastlines of Capo Ceraso and Tavolara and stop to swim and snorkel in the clear waters off Spiaggia del Dottore before heading to Figarolo to spot bottlenose dolphins, mouflons, and gray herons who inhabit the island and its coast.

It was awesome! Francesca was adorable! A knowledgeable and gracious host & captain sharing mini pizza snacks, gummy bears & beer!!! We snorkeled, saw several dolphins & he took our boat right up to the incredible rock mountains & caves for fabulous viewing & photos! We loved it!!

We got the bus but it was going the wrong way, we phoned the trip organisers to let them know but no one answered so we sent an email. We ended up missing the departure time. The following conversations with the company were disgraceful and rude I have kept all the emails for proof of poor customer service. Needless to say they were very unhelpful with re arranging the trip even quoting that the weather was to bad, it was clear and sunny? This is when I started to doubt the company and made several requests for a partial or full deposit but all I got was abusive emails.

Small group on a comfortable boat, not cramped whatsoever. Saw a pod of 4 dolphins them swam in a very clear area of water free from other tour groups. Our guide Manzo brought treats for the fish so they would gather around us as we swam.

What an amazing experience! Francesco was a great host who made the day even more memorable. We were lucky enough to sail right by the dolphins which was incredible. To top it off, we stopped at some amazing swimming points to snorkel with fish. Highly recommend!

Due to very windy weather on Wednesday we were asked if it was possible for us to change the tour to Friday (with a full refund if we couldnt). After a little replaning of our trip to Sardinia we managed to stay in Olbia for two additional nights.
What can is say?
The trip with Antonio was absolutely worth the replaning! The trip itself is about 3 to 3 1/2 hours long and full of great memorable moments. At first we went to the place where some Dolphin family’s live and we saw them like 4-5 times, even fully jumping out of the water! After that we went on to a fabulous snorkeling place. I highly recommend to bring an underwater camera or any kind of GoPro/action camera. After that we went on to see some other sightseeing spots that can only be seen from the water. After going to another snorkeling spot we had the chance to see some more dolphins and hat some Sardinian snacks.
If you have the chance to do this trip, this is an absolute must! 🙂

We were greeted by the most charming skipper, Antonio, who really made this trip for us. He was super knowledgeable about pretty much everything, made me and my parents feel very relaxed from the minute we arrived. We went to some fantastic snorkelling areas and saw many many fish, and Antonio drove us around to see lots of other sights he pointed out along the way. We even found some dolphins by the fishfarm. I highly recommend this trip to anyone wants to have a fabulous time whizzing around the sea and snorkelling in fish filled waters. 5/6/7 stars to Antonio for his wonderful hospitality!

Une superbe activité que nous conseillons, le guide Francesco était super, il a pris le temps de nous montrer les dauphins et lors du snorkeling il est venu avec nous et nous a montré et parlé de pleins de poissons, oursins… nous avons eu droit à un petit en-cas local en sortant de l’eau et la bonne ambiance régnait sur le bateau. Meine Freundin und ich hatten Gabriele als Guide, er war super nett und es hat sehr viel Spaß gemacht. Wir sind 3 verschiedene Spots abgefahren mit wunderschönen Stränden, zwischendurch gab es auch was zu essen und trinken. Delfine haben wir leider an dem Tag keine sehen können, da es zu wenig war. Wir würden es gerne wieder machen.
