The day was fun and beautiful. Beaches were crowded but gorgeous! We brought our own small folding beach chairs which came in handy. Staff was great. Drinks and snacks available on board the boat. We bought sandwiches on Mariolu beach. Caves were amazing too! Communication from tour was excellent.

Great crew! Finely oiled machine, no was too time, we enjoyed every minute! Incredible beaches, snorkeling and sites.

Expect nothing but breathtaking views of the coast of Baunei. Don’t underestimate the reapplication of sunscreen and truly enjoy this paradise. Take many photos but also immerse yourself in the experience. Silverio took us in a wonderful trip through the coast giving us detailed fun facts about each spot. His smile and charisma made it a fun and happy experience. So glad we made the trip with a local. It was the highlight of my trip to Sardegna.

Nightmare experience

They said to leave the bagage on the boat while we do the activities. When we came back, all our stuff was on the floor and 2 hats were destroyed because they got wet. When we told that to the captain he became angry and rude to us. He also called carabinieri telling us they will arest us while making a scene while everyone was watching. They made us feel like total garbage, destroyed our stuff and also called the police on us just because we asked him why was our stuff on the floor even if he said on the megaphone to leave our stuff on the boat. This never happend to me or anyone I know and was a nightmare experience.

After investigation here’s below what you have done during our one of boat tours: • You’ve arrived with 2 big bags full of Prosecco while, bring Alcohlic beverages onboard specially in a glass container is forbidden. • You left unattended your belongings occupying a seat while you were at Grotta del Fico. • You have insulted members of staff while all crew where trying to calm you down because you were drunk. • We stopped to sell you alcohol onboard due your bad behaviour and you were keeping sending your daughter in law to buy alcohol trying to cheat us, didn’t work. • We have evidence in our CCTV hard disk , hitting a member of crew, insulting it. • You have threatened all crew members plus the Master, violating shipboard harmony and maritime law. • After you’ve been heavily drunk and assaulted one member of crew we had to follow maritime rules contacting the Coast Guard in regards and then called the Police on you. • Hope you know you understood how powerful is the Maritime law in therms of security even in a small vessel like our one. • Safety is always the biggest paramount onboard every single boat and this case you have messed up with. Please do avoid to drink of afterwards are you unable to control your words and your body. Have a wonderful holiday ahead.

Nice Day On Board

It was a very nice and interesting day. The coast and beaches are gigantic. The crew was very nice and attentive. The ship was clean and had a bar with a small selection of drinks. Popcorn was free. As a special highlight, there was a small kitten on board. The only thing I would complain about is that there were no deck chairs on deck.

It is a very beautiful tour with stops at the Most popular beaches. You also get the possibility to jump in the Water from the boat. You should be aware that in the high season the boat as well as the beaches are very crowded. The Crew on the boat were all very nice and motivated. Snacks and Drinks were good as well with fair prices:) We left the harbour approx 20-25 too Late but then they prolonged the trip 1hr, so we were back in the evening around 18.15 instead of 17h.

Too crowded in the boat. We were asked to come early but the boat arrived 30-45min late. The guide mainly spoke in Italian, so we couldnt understand everything.

We had a great time on the tour. The staff were lovely. Unfortunately we weren’t able to get off the boat at Cala Luna due to it being quite choppy and not safe for us to disembark there, sad but couldn’t be helped of course, we had double the time at a different beach instead. Definitely recommend going inside the Grotta del Fico. We also managed to find free parking as recommended by the tour operator. Would recommend this trip to anyone visiting the Baunei coast.

They switched the boat we were supposed to use. It was supposed to be a large boat. We went in a rubber raft. And we didn’t get to see the main reason we booked, which was Kala Luna. The captain was really nice and the beaches that we did see were beautiful, but the main reason we booked was to see Luna, which was a cave on the beach so that was disappointing And the day they canceled was beautiful and sunny and the day we went out was freezing and cloudy and rainy for most of the day which I know you can’t change the weather, but I felt like they changed it just because they didn’t have enough people for the first trip That we booked

The scenery was stunning and it was a beautiful day but I felt quite crammed onto the boat with little shade and no option to buy water on board. I appreciate that the tour departed punctually which is unheard of in Italy. There were no announcements in English so the majority of the boat struggled to know where we were or how long we had. It would also be good to hear more information about the stops as you approach. I think a smaller boat would be much better for this trip.

Beautiful trip but the stops where not as booked

Tax is not the one in the confirmation email, it's the double. you pay cash and get no receipt. The program of the 6 stops that was even available on the day lf the trip was not maintained and no info why it was changed, only information upon request. Not serious way of working from Viator. The trip started +25 minutes late because of a family that arrived late, whereas the full boat had arrived 30 min before the start as requested in the confirmation.

Overpriced. And they try to up-sale you all along the trip. They blocked the front of the ship and they ask you this is VIP section and you can pat 10 euro to sit there. We paid 75 euro and they wanted to milk you down to the bone.

You’ve booked trough an agency that sold tickets all over the world. Their fees it’s 30%, buying direct can be slightly cheaper. All of our VIPs seats are almost on a daily basis fully booked, we ask everyone if they want they can .. you did not..

Great day trip, wonderful beaches and an impressive cave! Helpful and kind crew, definitely recommend! The only difficulty for me was reaching the departure port since I was staying in Cagliari, but it was worth it.

Booked well in advance with Viator, drove 2 hours to get to excursion and they said they didn’t have our reservation. We had all our tickets, confirmation numbers etc…and it didn’t go through to them apparently. Will not use ever this tour operator or Viator again.

Everything was memorable. The guide Anna was excellent. She was friendly, polite, on time, explaned everything about the places we went and helpful. Gave us time. Help us. Antonello the other guide contacted us the night before to make sure we understood everything. Because I forgot to put my email when I made the reservation.

We took an exceptionally nice tour yesterday of the Costa di Baunei with this company in a fast and comfortable inflatable boat. We had 7 hours of perfect time and relaxation on this jewel of a coast. The tour was led by very professional and knowledgeable skipper Anna, a real pleasure to talk to. Everything was as advertised and booked, a fantastic experience in a place fit for any definition of "paradise": impressive mountains overlooking crystal clear turquoise waters and perfect white marble beaches. Highly recommended experience !
