There was not full sunset Canapes were average and mainly dry pasties Limited prosecco, not like if it was expensive. 2 bottles for 10 people. Not great. No music or lively. The girl and dad, nice but i would not book or recommend if you are looking for more lively event. Plues we didn't even get tl see a proper sunset which downs past 9pm. We were out just after 8pm

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We always welcome constructive feedback, but we feel it is important to clarify several inaccurate statements contained in your review. First of all, you arrived approximately 10 minutes late for departure. Despite this, we waited for you and completed the excursion, returning at 8:45 PM, which was actually 15 minutes later than the scheduled end time. This is recorded in the boat's logbook. Regarding swimming stops, the tour description clearly states that guests have the opportunity to swim and snorkel during the excursion. In fact, all three planned swimming stops were carried out exactly as described. Concerning the aperitif, our standard service includes one bottle of Prosecco for every four guests. On your tour there were only seven guests on board, yet three bottles of Prosecco were served, exceeding our standard offering. In addition, 11 bottles of beer were consumed during the excursion, together with soft drinks, water and local focaccia. As for the music, music was present throughout the tour as background entertainment. However, this experience is advertised as a relaxing sunset boat excursion, not as a party boat or nightclub event. We are pleased that you recognized the kindness of our staff. What you describe as a lack of liveliness was, in reality, the relaxed and peaceful atmosphere that many of our guests specifically choose and appreciate. One final point we believe is worth mentioning: one of the couples who shared the very same tour with you left a 5-star review, describing the experience as enjoyable and well organized. This highlights how personal expectations can influence the perception of an experience. What some guests consider a wonderful and relaxing evening at sea may not necessarily match the expectations of others. For this reason, we always encourage guests to read the full tour description carefully before booking, so they can choose the experience that best suits their preferences.
