Best way to visit snow for the first time!

Tomo-san is extremely knowledgeable, fun and helpful. He was so patient with our teens who were learning to ski for the first time. We enjoyed hanging out with him - he thought of everything!

22/2/25 Tomo San was exceptionally accommodating and patient throughout our day of skiing. We are very grateful to have had him as our guide. He helped my husband navigate the ski slope, which made him very happy. The included onsen was the icing on the cake! We will definitely be returning for another tour with Tomo San for skiing, snowshoeing, and cross-country skiing. Thank you Tomo San for a fun day!

Great experience and we had a lot of fun. Tomo was awesome, friendly and very accommodating. We were on our honeymoon and had ran into an unfortunate scenario where our flight got cancelled pushing all our plans around. Tomo was happy to change our day, which he had no obligation to. We will forever be grateful for this. The whole thing was hassle free and organised by Tomo.

Tomo-San took us to a great beginner place for our first time skiing. We organised with him before the visit to have a 4 hour beginner lesson, which was well worth doing. He made the process smooth from pick up at our hotel to dropping our aching muscles off to a fantastic onsen, then back to Sapporo again. Very friendly and made my Australian partner and I have nothing to worry about. We would book again.

The best skiing trip ever with our lovely Tomo-san. Following up with my special request as I am a muslim. He also book special instructor for us for training and waiting for us while we enjoy our skiing. After full day of skiing Mr Tomo also help me find a private onsen that suitable for muslim and thereafter he brought us to Muslim friendly restaurant where we had our best genghis khan dinner in sapporo. After dinner he make sure to drop us at our hotel eventhough the trip time has been over. Very thoughtful! Unforgetable memory and best trip ever with best person! Lets meet up again soon ! 😉

The morning of my trip I arrived in the lobby a few minutes early where I found my guide Tomo eagerly waiting right out side with the vehicle. He was very attentive as I was traveling solo and he made sure I was having a great time all day! Going to the onsen after a long day of snowboarding was absolutely AMAZING, it even snowed while is was there which was really beautiful because I was at the outdoor portion of the onsen at the time! For me it was great having someone safely drive me there, help translate to get my snowboarding gear and drive me to the onsen and back to my hotel after a wonderful day! Tomo was great and he's very passionate about his city!! Thanks for sharing Sapporo with me!

Tour guide I had was named Tomo and he was really nice from beginning to end. Had a lot of knowledge of Sapporo, so he answered any questions we had. I went with a friend and we have never been to Sapporo so Tomo helped us out a lot. He properly showed us where to go and checked us in everywhere. Onsen he took us was very nice, all natural volcanic waters super refreshing especially after snowboarding, and slopes he brought us were one of the best I have seen. I’m a seasoned snowboarder and I have been to many great places like Mammoth and Aspen USA, and trust me when I say this, it was really good runs. I don’t write reviews very often, but I had to for this tour, overall 5/5. No real complaints for me.
